The Fourth Session

Rate this book
The fourth and final volume of the history, debates, decrees, and personalities surrounding the Second Vatican Ecumenical Council that changed the Catholic Church for all time.
The majority of the decrees, constitutions, and declarations were debated, voted, and promulgated that emerged from Vatican II was accomplished during this session.
Again I wish that since the author(s)of this series purported to be trying for an journalistic approach to reporting on this council that it would have been more reporting and less commentary, but it will still give the reader much information that is needed to give the (feel)of what was going on and let us know how these very important decisions were taken.
