In this book you will learn, step by step, to perform more complex rituals and spells with magical tools:
Sun Candle Blessing Ritual Magical Apples (Not Snow White’s!) Healing with the Magical Plate Pendulum Clearings Sending Messages with the Magical Chalice Getting Rid of the Unwanted with the Firebowl Burn Touch Assist for Healing Nighttime Blessing Ritual
These rituals and spells teach you to use some of the basic tools of witchcraft and magic, including the Plate, Chalice, Firebowl, and Pendulum. These tools will amplify your effect when you use the rituals taught in this book.
For my book club friends lol: I bought these on my kindle from back when I read practical magic and decided to knock them off my TBR because they’re short…if nothing else, these have taught me that I am not as spiritual as I thought lol.
This whole series has a lot of recycled content (which I guess I appreciated because I was able to finish these books faster). None of this is for me and just feels way too out there, even for this spiritual girl…sorry…
Of there is one book I would advice to wannabe magicians of all ages it is this series by Alan Joel. The author starts by zero and builds up to a certain level you would not achieve on your own. Joel gives sound advice and nice ways to explore Magick or witchcraft. No evil, no stupidity, just plain fun and experiments into the topic. His greatest advice is : just experience this magical journey by yourself, don't believe claims of others, see for yourself. The only negative side is that he repeats himself in every volume, he explains why, but to me that was a bit annoying.
I downloaded this book up for my roommate who is into learning rituals and spells and he assured me that this was an excellent book. He has already practiced some of the spells and said he see some of them starting to work for him. I was curious about what he was talking about, so I decided to read the book as well and everything my friend talks about is starting to make sense to me now. I have not done any of the rituals yet because I plan on reading the first two books like it suggeat but I have to admit the author does an excellent job explaining them and tells you everything that you need. It's an extremely helpful book!!
