Brain damaged since birth, violent seizures throw Damon Vaughn’s spirit out of his body and back in time. The only way for him to interact with people is to possess their bodies. Some think he’s a demon, but it’s in the past he finds his destiny through an ancient prophecy and the mystery of the seven candlesticks of Revelation. Damon finds himself caught up in a war with an ancient evil seeking to kill him. And a chase across time is on. . . . BEHOLD! A coming of age story for mankind.

This is honestly one of my most favorite books by Jack Cavanaugh. He doesn't usually do fantasy books, but this time he did, and it was amazing. Damon has seizures that throw his spirit out of his body, and he possesses other people from all time periods. It sounds weird or creepy, but it's actually not. I recommend this book to anyone who likes fantasy books, or books by Jack Cavanaugh, or anyone.
A book about possession that is neither creepy nor preachy. At moments implausible. At moments profound. Like nothing I've read before. A fast-paced read laced with humor and end-times intrigue.
