Extra spicy! The FMC is way nicer than I am as she forgave her husband for cheating twice. The Club Wonderland bit was interesting with a good twist. Pretty direct story, but it's spicy and has a good ending!

Phenomenal read! I loved the character building. The storyline and structure held true and moved the story along beautifully. Very wonderful read! Definitely recommend and worth your time on this one!

October 4, 2023I chose this because of the cheating scenario. It was hinted that an attempt at resolution via the BDSM club was the goal.Although we are supposed to believe this sudden resolution occurred, it did not add up that their disingenuous club activities would suddenly heal them.On the contrary, in reality the opposite should occur.
I found this nonsensical progression annoying and disappointing and therefore decidedly unappealing.🤷

Short read that is direct and gets straight to the point (I didn't mind it at all!). Spice level is a 5! Jules has a failing marriage and wants to do something for herself for once. And boy does she do it!!!!

WARNING - 🚨SPOILER ALERT🚨
The prologue for Escape to Wonderland starts with Decklan hiding in the bathroom from his wife, Julia while she loses her sh!t on him for cheating a second time in their marriage with the same woman; the first time occurring 6-months after they were married, and then again 20-years later. Julia struggles with wanting to save her marriage recalling how great things were after the first time he cheated versus not giving him another chance. She agrees to counseling and another chance after he begged her to forgive him and let him make it up to her.
Fast forward 4-months and it’s ‘date night’ and Julia wants to go to Club Wonderland, a BDSM club where she attempts to dominate her husband in an effort to make him hurt for what she feels after he cheated only for it to blow up in her face when he yelled the safe word minutes into their night.
After a few months, Decklan practically suggests that she cheat on him and tells her that he will do anything for her to save their marriage. With high suspicions that he might be cheating again, Julia opts to explore Club Wonderland by herself where she ends up meeting Kid and Ice who rock her world in bed.
This is a short second chance romance novella that minimally skims the surface of BDSM with humdrum characters that have a lot of potential.
Overall, the plot was creative but lacked depth and the smut scenes were pretty good minus the unrealistic number of times or frequency the FMC claimed to cum and the final scene when Julia takes Decklan back to the club to be with both of the men she has been sleeping with.
All of that to say that I did like the story and would recommend it to any of my fellow smut-lovers out there that want a quick and straight to the point read with some pretty good 🌶️ scenes that will have you shift in your seat at least once. 😉

Escape to wonderland starts out as a husband who has cheated on his wife multiple times and his wife trying to reconcile their marriage. This read winds up becoming a second chance romance with voyeurism and a bit of BDSM.
Throughout the story, she enacts revenge in her own way by lying and cheating on her husband through a BDSM sex club.
Our FMC creates personas and wants to feel “wanted” due to the insecurities from her cheating husband.
Overall, the plot was creative and didn’t get lost through the smut. My only complaint is that the characters felt very flat and typical. The dynamic seemed unrealistic with how easy some of the conversations were concluded and while some scenes do involve slight kink, I expected more description of BDSM scenes besides a flogger and a few “good girls.”
I think this is a great beginner novella for someone wanting to get into spicy kink erotica and the story still maintained the plot with a HEA.
I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to dip their toes into kinky romance!

I absolutely loved this book! The FMC was such a determined woman. She got cheated on and instead of throwing In the towel, she fought to stay and work on her marriage with Decklan.
I also really loved that even though she was willing to put in the work to make things work with Decklan, she also had her own idea of revenge the whole time.
This book had everything. It was cute, it was emotional, it was hot and sexy. And more importantly to me. There was an actual story line and not just S*x like in some books (even though the book had its fair share of s*x scenes).
I was so lucky to receive an ARC of This book, and I definitely recommend it if you’re into Smut, BD$M, Edging (in the form of revenge).

Let me just start off my saying I have never read anything like this before and I enjoyed that about it. The book jumped straight into the story with very little background and that drew me in right away.
The fmc is strong and powerful even after her relationship crumbles. She goes out and takes what she wants and doesn’t let anything hold her back.
I felt honored to be able to receive an arc of this book and would 100% recommend it to anyone who likes smut with an actual story behind it, BD$M, revenge on a cheating ex

This was a quick read full of spice, minimal plot and alot of smut (which I enjoy in novellas).
Julia has been cheated on by her husband twice, unable to bring her relationship to a healthy and trustworthy one, she ends up letting temptation and curiosity guide her to the Club Wonderland and discovering herself instead.
I enjoyed the strong FMC, the setting (Club Wonderland) and the BDSM. If you enjoy spicy novellas I definitely recommend this read!

This book was great, and soooo spicy, and very well done spice! I am not a novella reader usually so I think I was just wanting more, but that doesn’t mean that it wasn’t good, because even in 110 pages it was so well done! I absolutely love KC Savage’s writing style, it flows so well. I loved the dual POV, and that ending 🥵🔥 Definitely a Savage fan!

Short, yet captivating read about the world of BDSM. Julia’s cheating husband leads her into this world at Club Wonderland. Her adventures while there help her get over his cheating and learn to trust him again. I loveeee the ending and how it intertwines all her worlds in and out of club wonderland together. I love that it was a HEA ending. Also, if you want some spice, there’s so much here but without losing the story in it. First book read by this author and it won’t be the last!

This was such a cute read with a good amount of spice sprinkled throughout. I really enjoyed it and it's a fairly quick read which is perfect for this story! I felt the character development of Jules and Decklan was well paced and realistic of a couple that don't want to give up on their marriage and it gives the ups and downs and shows that healing of any sort is never linear. I'm looking forward to delving more into the world of Club Wonderland.

I enjoyed this story and it is so well written. You can feel the betrayal the MFC has. What does she do? She finds someone that will want her unlike her husband. Why not go down the rabbit hole and Escape to Wonderland full of BDSM and many suitors to give the MFC what she needs/wants?

Spicy quick read, but damn was it packed full 😉 IFYKYK 😉 Not gonna lie when I started this book, I really really wanted to punch Declan in the face for cheating on Julia – twice. However, I admire Julia for going after what she wants, whether that be working on her marriage or chasing her own pleasures in her temptations. My god would I love to take a trip to Wonderland to get a chance with Kid or Ice... goddamn. 100% recommend!

Looking at the book as a whole, it was sexy and yummy. The fantasy piece was spot on. That's why I'm rating it 5 stars. You could pick apart little things. Things that those in the life would see instantly. But for you spicy romance reader who needs something to make her reach for her toy, this is in.

Julia forgives her husband for cheating on her TWICE - much nicer than she should’ve been. Decklan wants to make it work by any means and gives her time. Julia seeks what she’s been missing elsewhere, until it all combines together at the end.
