The first thing Vitamin Water made me realize was my family and I need to drink more water. After making a few of these Vitamin Water recipes, we have increased our daily water intake. The book suggests that you drink half your body weight in ounces daily; some days we reach this goal and some we don't but we are drinking more water and feeling better for it. The book will increase your awareness of the importance of water in the diet and gives a way to make the taste more interesting.

I don't know if I'd call it "vitamin" water, but it's definitely a good collection of flavored waters. And in an effort to stay hydrated with actual water and not coffee or soda, it's a good way to get myself drinking more. A pretty good assortment of flavor combinations with fruits and herbs and such. Plus, a free Kindle find!

Water worth drinking

Great simple recipes for flavored water that adds both water and vitamins to your fitness goals. Now is the perfect time to increase your water intake and decrease your chances for dehydration.

So many wonderful and delicious ways to make water taste good while fruits/veggies infuse vitamins! Helps me to stay away from soda!

This is a good start if you like infused and flavored water. It’s a quick read and I would recommend it.

Great book

I loved all the water recipes! They are simple yet very intentional as well. I like the vitamin and mineral facts with the recipes too!

This is a pleasurable way to comply with the 8 glasses a day requirement, not to mention the extra nutrient it provides to our bodies. It's easy to add in my pitcher of water the bits of fruits, vegetables and herbs required in the recipes here. I find more reason to drink water every now and then, with the different taste I can concoct from this free e-book.

I thought that this book was very interesting and informative about different fruits that when added to water can be flavorful and healthy.

I look forward to trying out some of the recipes that are listed in this book.

I had already started making these vitamin waters and cam across this book for free on amazon. It was worth the price. It has great pictures and great info on each benefit for the water. I loved it and I keep looking at it over and over.

Recipes for any age group

Excellent and simple recipes to cleanse, energize, restore, and refresh the body at any age. Preventive measures for colder seasons and in hotter climates as well to prevent dehydration.

Good batch of recipes - they all sound delicious and will undoubtedly be more cost-effective and healthier than buying ready-made vitamin water or nutrient water.

I think this is a great eBook. Briefly explains the benefits of water and jumps straight into the 'recipes'. I can't wait to try them out =]

I think this is a great book. I know I don’t drink enough water because it is just not that great. These recipes make water more interesting.
