I loved the way this devotional was structured, with discussion prompts and action items. Really sets your heart on a good path by centering your devotion each day and keeping your eyes on God. Anyone using this book will be inspired and encouraged daily.

Today, there are so many devotionals. "Bold Pursuit" seems like just one more at the bookstore. This devotional is different. It is very simple while making very important points. There are three or so other parts, These bring the main point a deeper and more personal meaning. The book has the power to shake out our private weaknesses. With all of this, God's saving power of love comes through by saving us from ourselves.

Bold Pursuit -I was curious about reading a men's devotional and entered a GoodReads giveaway, which I won. Started in February, I finally finished the complete book. I like it. There aren't any non-Bibical personal stories, usually included in other devotionals, but God and The Bible. Each day has a title, a Biblical verse, and an explanation containing more support verses. A Dig Deep section asks questions for the reader to answer truthfully. I read this along with at least one of my three favorite devotionals.

I received two print copies and gave the other copy to my neighbor, a deacon and a Wednesday and Sunday Bible Studies teacher at our church. He rates Bold Pursuit highly. The hardback has a sturdy cover, which I covered to protect it for longevity. The pages are thick and the font easy to read. Source: Won a GoodReads giveaway. 5*

Even though this is a devotional targeted at men, women will also benefit greatly from reading it and working through the daily "dig deep" sections. It will truly help you in your personal and spiritual growth in becoming a better Christian, and it will also help you grow stronger in your relationship with God! This is must read for every single person!

It's one of the best modern devotionals for men I've ever read. The questions at the end of each day can't be copied but must be thought through on an individual level. This book should be given to everyone in men's ministry.

The male friend I gave this to said this book is well written. Daniel Maritz delves deep into what it means to be a follower of Christ in today's world and asks the reader to answer thought-provoking questions within themselves.
