After two passion-filled nights with her friends and the man she just can’t stop thinking about, Harlowe knows it’s time for a talk. That’s why the group has planned the perfect weekend away in wine country, where there’s no paparazzi, no work calls, and nothing to distract them from the oh-so-honest conversation they need. Except, well, maybe one another.

Because it might just turn out that the dark, secret desires Harlowe has been harboring for her friends these past weeks aren’t quite so unusual after all. And under a starry night sky in the California hills, Harlowe, Cas, and their intimate friends might just learn the benefits of being honest, if only they can stop being afraid and open their hearts and minds to the many possibilities. After all, wonderful things can happen—if they’re not afraid to be a little daring.

So dare by Gemma Snow is the 3rd instalment in the Six is company series.

While I enjoyed this book for what it is, I am I little disappointed that while the previous book focused a tiny bit more on Cas and Harlowe, there is not much progress or growth. The friend group sort of lays out what it is they are doing, what boundaries they have and how they are going to check in when they feel like they are not sure of where they stand as a group. Other than that it was 90% sex (which I don’t mind) but I just expected more. Maybe Get to know all our characters and their respective relationships a bit more. Go a bit deeper. How they all feel about what they are doing and how they felt when they first did this act as a group. How they met, became friends and got to the point they are at now, and I didn’t get that in this book. But here’s to hoping I’ll get it from the rest of the books in the series.

I was looking forward to this sequel but sadly I struggled to get into it.
The writing is still really good and i love all these characters but most of the book is them having sex. Though I enjoy these scenes and find them really sexy, I wish more talks and more feelings were involved, especially towards the end.
I understand we'll get this in the next book probably but this book feels a bit empty and I don't understand the purpose of it.
I did really like the positivity of all these characters and their view of a relationship, of love, of pleasure, and consent. I hope in the next book we'll get deeper in the challenge that their relationship represents considering how famous they are but also because it's 3 couples merging together, and how they want to face that, both as separate couples but also as a group.

I love Cas and Harlowe together and i really look forward to more of them, of how they build their own relationship.

This book has very little plot, so there are no big spoilers. But there are plenty of feelings of all (mostly good) kinds. These three couples have been together in Gemma Snow's previous books, and they give and receive pleasure with passion, greed and no regrets. They have a real fear of being discovered since they work in TV. The men are actors, and Harlowe, the woman at the center, is their director. The other women have equally high-powered positions. But feelings are beginning to surface among those outside the three couples. They like each other. It's lots of friends with lots of benefits. The author makes all this very enticing and evocative, which is a talent.

Harlow, Cas and the group continue to explore this "thing" they have discovered. The steam continues to be steamy and the group dynamic is believable. Harlow and Cas are growing their individual relationship and Harlow is starting to figure out her feelings and how she fits into the group. Still a good quick steamy read!

This third book has plenty of hot, spicy scenes as the couples open up about their feelings. I really like this series and the characters are so likeable. I love that they have no regrets. Very well written and sensual.

In the Six is Company series, Dare is the third book. Besides spice, there is also a development of group dynamics. The author has an evocative, imaginative, and descriptive writing style. A must-read, I would recommend this book to all who enjoy erotic books. Can't wait for the next book in this series.

I am devouring these books. They are pure smut but I love how the friendship between these three couples continues to grow and get stronger. And Lincoln is my shero in this one.

Very little plot, very little conversation.
I was looking forward to seeing how the group was going to act after Harlowe's birthday. I would have enjoyed to read more about the connections these people have, so I was a little disappointed there.

Harlowe and Cas are at it again. Can they be more than friends without risking their jobs? How will it affect their friends and what are the boundaries?

This book has a lot of spice and is a short read. You should read the first 2 before reading Dare since it sets the story.
