The Canadian tale of misplaning big airport projects in the 1970s. Lots of numbers, lots of facts showing the contradictions of the various parties involved in the planning. I found the most interesting parts are about the people trying to resist the big governments gone mad. Reading this 40 years after it was written, the whole Mirabel airport mess tells how lucid the author was.
