Erin is a baker and is the sole custodian of her little brother. She took him as their parents are not good people. And she would do anything for her little brother. A brother who wants to play football, so she will make it happen. This is how Graham comes into her life. He is her brother’s coach. Graham is also the guy she has a bit of a crush on, as he has been coming into her bakery for the last couple of weeks.
Graham has been wanting to ask out Erin for a while, but he just never got to that point. And now that he is her brother’s coach maybe this is his chance. But just when things are going well, Erin’s past comes back, and it seems its over before it even began. But this time around she’s not alone she has him, and he won't let anything happen to her and her brother…
This was a short read and like the previous books I wish it was a bit longer, but the story was good, the characters were great. Erin was an amazing ‘mom’ to her little brother and she would do anything to protect him. And Graham would do anything to protect her and Leo. Great read 😊

Safety was emotional as it dealt with hard topics, and even had some suspense in the pages which always delights me but I do wish it was a full length book because of those heavy topics. Erin is a baker who is given a choice to take care of her young brother, or let him get lost in the foster system, and my girl Erin would do anything for said brother so of course she took custody no matter the cost to her life. Graham is our resident cinnamon roll savior who has been trying to ask Erin out, but never quite got himself there which really was adorable in my eyes. Things are going well when the past comes back, and the fear rises in Erin to the point where Graham may be dead in the water & had me ready to cry to be honest because that past isn't pretty. Luckily for all of them, Graham is no quitter, and he's not about to let anyone hurt Erin & her brother so maybe just maybe, they'll have a happily ever after but you'll have to one click to find out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

3.5 stars, but heed trigger warning.
This one definitely has a cinnamon roll savior in Graham. He meets Erin and Leo and his protective nature takes over. Erin and Leo are closer than your average siblings due to an abusive past. I really felt for them and could feel their love for each other.
I felt this one glossed over some big themes to some degree and left you to infer what or who happened, but otherwise, it was a good story that keeps you turning the page. You will swoon over Graham and love Erin and Leo, for sure. Even while your heart breaks for what Leo's had to endure.
I voluntarily requested and read an advance reader copy.

Erin has full custody of her 13year old brother Leo after getting a restraining order against his and her parents. They abused the young boy and now he lives with his sister. Graham is Leo's new coach and Erin volunteers to help. What they didn't know is, that they each had a crush on each other. Their attraction is instant, but when they try to get to know each other more.... Erin's parents come back. Instalove, sweet, romantic, family drama and safe with a sweet HEA 😍😍😍😍

Erin and Graham meet and sparks fly instantly. Leo rounds up this trio, all great characters. This story is about the different ways we can love people and how it can be a beautiful thing.
