There was so much good information in this book. It has me really thinking about what I eat. I want to add a couple more supplements to my regiment because of this book. So much information. But it wasn't very well written. I don't think I can go as far as saying it was poorly written but it wasn't well written. There were moments I needed to reread sentences and paragraphs. Overall, I'm glad I read this book.
