I love reading from different characters points of view in a story, and that's is exactly why I loved Amanda Hocking's short stories, Into The Hollow Dark, and Into The Hollow Horde.
To see the world from the eyes of a young boy during the zombie apocalypse is very interesting.
Max is a switched on kid with a big heart. He cares for Ripley and Stella and will put himself on the line for them. I like that.

This was a really quick read (almost a teaser) but I got my fix of the characters while waiting for the next book to come out. I can't wait to see what happens next.
