This book was very unique in a good way. I enjoyed the author’s writing style and he sheds light on new concepts that most re investment books skip over. The methods he teaches are not new but he does methodically lay out the methods to achieving cash flow forever in a way that is easy to comprehend.
It’s a great read for the non experienced real estate investor or if you’re just curious on deepening your knowledge on the subject.
Tried and true methods that give long term success, not the typical get rich quick schemes that get you into trouble :) Recommend!

Solid advice. Not a get rich quick scheme. Rather focuses on the hard work steps involved in real estate investing. Sometimes repetitive, but useful.

I'm always worried that I'm not going to learn anything new in many real estate books but I'm constantly proved wrong. Jeff's perspective on real estate and many years of experience was insightful, interesting and time tested. Highly recommended regardless of your experience. He's got a lot of newbie information but also a lot for seasoned investors too.
