Consciousness: The Inner Being

Rate this book
For decades, science has tried to quietly ignore consciousness, and yet, all science is rooted in consciousness. Science has never been able to explain why we experience subjective consciousness, and has left this question to religion, philosophy and psychology to answer. But with the development of quantum physics and brain research, science
has been butting up into the question of consciousness.

This book explores different theories of consciousness and selfhood, as put forth by philosophers and psychologists. With a large helping of ancient wisdom and several dashes of psychodelic theories, Fogel explores what it means to be a subjective consciousness in an objective world.
