She nodded, a smile twitched at the corner of her lips. I pulled her a little closer to me, looking deeper in her eyes. The connection was so strong; it was like time was standing still. Absentmindedly, I brushed a strand of hair off her face, bending low and hovering over her lips. I just wanted to brush my lips across hers, just once. I looked in her eyes for permission, something I never do. Usually I didn't have to ask, but this was different, I wanted her permission, I was begging for it. I almost closed the gap when her lips brushed ever so slightly against mine, sending shivers through my body, as she asked, "Um Callen? What are you doing?"

I stepped back, looking at her confused. What was wrong with me? Wincing, I closed my eyes and apologized, "I'm sorry; I don't know what that was all about."

Callen is a handsome guy that gets all that he wants from ladies. But when he sees Mollie for the first time, he knows that his life is about to change. Callen must find a way to leave his past behind to be with Mollie, the perfect girl for him.

Beware there is a major cliffhanger at the end of this one! That being said, this is an above-average debut NA romance. Enjoyed the storyline and found myself wrapped up in the characters and their varying personalities and the angst associated with their stories.

Looking forward to the second book in this series.

Great book!!! I could not put it down!!!! It was SOOOOOOOOOOO good! I loved, loved, loved the dual point of view of both Callen and Mollie. Both the character and plot development was really well thought out and very well written.

To Love A Player was a free download on Amazon when I read it, and I thought it sounded like it might be a good story. So, I took a chance on it. And WOW, I feel like I struck GOLD, in lucking out with such a GREAT BOOK!!! Then, after I finished reading it, I also realized it was written by a male author. That surprised me too - especially since it was better than many books I've read by female authors! Great job Gjoe Uzor... LOVED this book!

I am seriously dying waiting for Book #2 to come out!!! Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait!!!

As far a freebies go, I never really expected to fall in love with the characters or the story. I normally let the freebies sit in my kindle for a bit before reading them, but this one was calling to me.
I am so glad that I picked it up! I loved the story, and although the relationship between Callen and Mollie seemed to move a little fast I can understand finding that epic love and wanting to hold onto it, and seemingly rush things.
Sophie got on my nerves and while I was anticipating more of a wrath from her, the few things that she did were evil and I can't wait to see what ends up happening to her.

The cliffhanger in this book has me aching to know what happens... I just hope I don't have to wait too long.

Great read! Loved that Mollie was strong minded heroine and could pretty much hold her own. She was definitely good for the womanizer, Callen. I mean, he gave up his ways instantly. Now that's some power. But is it enough??? I must say, I was shocked about the cliffhanger. As the book was coming to a close, I knew deep down, something needed to drastically happen. All books have a tragedy to deal with. And in the book, they were sort of minor. So when the book ended on the tragedy, it threw me. And now I have no clue when the next book is coming out and I can't wait. This is definitely a must read

Loved the book but really unhappy that it ended with a cliffhanger! Just wish I had known before I started and hope it isn't months for the next book. I think that authors should be upfront about books being part of a series especially ones that end with cliffhangers.
I really loved Callen & Mollie, along with their friends and family.

I must say that I really loved this book. I really love Mollie and Callen they are really great together. Not sure quite yet how I feel about Sophie but I'm sure she is a good person deep down. I'm not going to give details about this book or any spoiler. I really think people should give it a chance. I can't wait for the second book!!!!

Loved this book! I could not put it down. It did get confusing at times though when it would jump to characters and overlap certain things but you did get to read the main characters emotions at pivotal moments in their relationship. Of course hated the cliffhanger but so looking forward to the next book!!!!

I really liked this story, the characters and their friends and the way all were involved in making the story. I would have given it more stars, cept i got a little lost in it sometimes going from pov to pov, was repeating itself, and that cliffhanger !! omg pure torture !! would love to know when next installment is coming !! i hope it aint too long !

Great story

I would recommend this book because of the showing of each character's point of view telling the same story. I couldn't put it down.

This book is not very good. The author himself seems to sometimes forget important elements of the story (Callen is determined to seduce Mollie away from her boyfriend due to spite, which is quickly dropped and never referred to again). Mollie and Callen fall into an insta-love situation and most of the "plot" is simply people in Callen's life telling Mollie over and over again how wonderful she is and how much happier Callen seems. There's an evil ex, some "poor little rich boy" drama, and a dramatic cliffhanger ending, but the plot overall is very weak.

I am consistently floating on cloud 9 and then that bitch killed my vibe. When is the second book coming out???? I can't wait!!!!!! And my, talk about cliffhanger.

Cal and Mollie's chemistry is beyond amazing. I love them as individuals and as a couple. I also love the supporting characters, especially Sam! Hahaha.

The writing was well-executed. Chemistry is on point. You can't not love each character (well, except to that bitch in the book). I'm hooked, and I can't wait to read what happens next.

The book was a good read and I loved the POV of each character, I just thought some of it was repetitive when going from Callen to Mollie. The book ends with a huge cliffhanger!!!! I can't wait till book 2 comes out so I can see how it goes.

Sweet story, I really did enjoy it. It's something I would pass to my 18 year old daughter to read.

But at 386 pages I was not very happy with the cliffhanger!

What???? How can a book end like this? In a typical scenario a book comes out and then the sequel is released or at least, has a release date. When will this sequel be available?
