Jenna you hit it head on with this book. I would think it would someone who wasn't a Christian become one real quick. You told Gods salvation plan in very good taste. The love story between Jeff and Serena was well written. I thought of the verse about not to be unequally yoked. I liked how you had the story coming from different people and how it would be told. Wonderful If I could give you more then 5 stars I would. Keep up the great writing for the Lord.

Eternity, Story One, is an unflinching look at the great beyond as told through the lives of one couple: Defense Attorney Jeff Craner and kindergarten school teacher, Serena Little. The concise tale of this mismatched couple is told through each persons' life-perspective as well as a pair of unseen guests: a Messenger of light and "The Usher". By story's end, this emotionally war-torn couple are both Biblical believers: Serena receiving the fruits of her labor for an established faith put into action, and Jeff, reaping what has been sown while realizing - too little too late - that the chaff is threshed from the wheat and burned up in the fire.

A gripping, concise read: Perfect for a coffee break while pondering the questions of eternity.

In a style reminiscent of The Screwtape Letters by CS Lewis, Jenna Kay Pridgen pulls no punches when showing the gritty, sinful side of humanity. That she shows the demon's point of view as well, brings a sense of satire to her work. Her depiction of hell is no less grotesque then an Angelico painting from the 15th century. This well conferred, imaginative work is a wake up call to a self gratifying society. Worth reading!
