Nicole is a stay-at-home mom of four boys, and when she's not busy with sports events, she is in her cave writing. In the Midst of Darkness is her first novel. Return to Darkness is the sequel. Her second series consists of Destiny Bound, Destiny Revealed and Broken Curse. She is currently working on a new stand alone novel called Fated Union. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boise State University in English Literature. And when she isn't writing, she's reading.

Great sequel- I love how obsessed the bad guy is and how protective and awesome Finn is! Totally easy and fun read! This supernatural world fits so seamlessly inside the human one- humans are totally oblivious to the danger the characters are facing. I don't want to include any spoilers so that's all I will say. But I will add that I love that it picks up immediately where the first one left off. I hate reading books that end on a cliff hanger and then the sequel comes out and it's like weeks or months later! This book does not disappoint and tells you exactly what happens next!
