Can James be the man she needs or has their affair run its course? James is a possessive man, an owner. There is no chance of him letting Prue go, but can they both survive the fire that their passions create?
Sam Crescent is passionate about fiction. She loves a good erotic romance and so it only made sense for her to spread her wings and start writing. She began writing in 2009 and finally got that first acceptance in 2011 by Total-E-Bound. She loved creating new characters and delving into the worlds that she creates. When she’s not panicking about a story or arguing with a character, she can be found in her kitchen creating all kinds of havoc. Like her stories the creations in the kitchen can be just as dubious but sometimes things turn out great.
This is a good ending to James' and Prudence's story. I am very greatful that the time that Pru is kidnapped and abused is short and there was no rape scenes. I would not have been able to read that. Even so it was heart wrenching and emotional. The rescue was exciting though. The rest of the story was them trying to reconnect after such a traumatic event.
Something that has been bothering me though, is the unlikelihood of her not getting pregnant at all in these two books after having all of that unprotected sex. Perhaps there will be something to it in the next book.
Review - The Owners #4 "Owned by the Dom" Part. 2 by Sam Crescent Since I've read the first book from this series I've been crazy following the adventures of the owners, devouring the books, one by one, as they come out. When it came James turn I anticipated a great story and Sam Crescent delivered a great and conflicted relationship. I couldn't have asked for a better thing.

Prue changes while she's been held in captivity and James back's down from the man he is to become what he thinks Prue needs. Here, Sam Crescent plays with our anxiety and if you were expecting all the dominating character of James and the submissiveness of Prue, well you are wrong. What we find is a troubled Prue and a loving James, sacrificing everything he is and all his heart until the woman he loves can find her way into his arms. The elements and other characters that were introduced in the story made a great love story, not so charged with sex and domination, but more real to me, a couple does go through troubles in their relationship and this couple is no different. The story of our villains does go on along with the main characters and M. Crescent doesn't let us forget about it.Now I'm biting my nails for the next installment and again I'm left wondering who will come next and what will our fabulous mastermind come up with to keep us sliding from page to page...

I just thought the first book was exciting and suspenseful. It got even more suspenseful in this book. In this one we got to see what happens to a man that is very possessive of his woman and she is kidnapped and he doesn’t know what to do to get her back. For a man like James who is used to being in control and controlling everything and everyone in his life to having everything taken out of his hands. We still don’t know what all is going on. There is more than we can ever realize. This series is just getting me more and more hooked. I like how the men are and we get into their minds and how they think with each one.
Since Prue was kidnapped and James saved her, she is going through a whole lot and just wants things to go back to normal. She has things to work through and James just doesn’t know what to do. They both change and they need to find themselves back to strengthen the love they both have for each other. James used to demand and tell Prue what to do and he doesn’t do that anymore he treats her like a child and she doesn’t want that. With every book we are getting into different situations and taken on the adventure to see how each couple works through it. I sure hope that Savage and Possession can be saved. Both clubs need to make it because the men won’t know what to do without it.
The author has gave just the right amount of suspense to keep you guessing. The sex is hot and amazing. We get to see how each club works and how the friends become closer with everything that is going on. I think they sorta took their friendships for granted and thought that nothing would happen to them. The love that each one has for their woman can be seen. I can’t wait to see what will be happening next. I know that we can’t find out everything in one book and the author needs to slowly let everything come out so that we will read each and every book. This series has really got my heart racing and I keep guessing on what will happen next. I loved the double wedding in this book and it fit the situation.
I recommend that if you read this series that you start with the first one and work your way through.
Prue was kidnapped just for being the woman that James cared about. Prue is a strong woman to be able to find ways not to lose herself in the madness. In the end, she is the only one that realized that both her and James had changed as a result.
James is a hot and sexy man who is also a Dom and one of the Owners. He has been in love with Prue for years. James will move Heaven and Earth to find and protect her. After Prue is taken, it changes him in a way he is not even aware of. He is gentler with Prue than before once she is home.
The chemistry between James and Prue is blistering. The sex scenes were scorching hot. Prue is a strong woman to be able to go through what she did and come out the other end whole and happy. Prue also helps straighten James out and help him get over it as well.
Owned by the Dom: Part Two is the fourth book in The Owners series by Sam Crescent. This is a book that is best read as part of the series and not as a standalone.
I found this book to be well written. The main and secondary characters were interesting and realistic. This book kept me guessing at every turn.
This series keeps getting better and better as I read it. I cannot wait for the next book in the series.
This was extremely well written. It was so interesting reading what happened to James and Prue. Prue was such a strong person and James he would do anything for Prue. I couldn't stop reading I had to know what happened to them. I am hoping that there will be another book letting us know about Rebecca, Kevin and Tate. This is such a good series!
What the hell???? I know this last book was published in 2013 but please tell me this would not be how it ends like are you fucking kidding me??? It's been 3yrs where is the the owners 5.... helloooo Lady!!!!!
I decided to venture into totally new zones (outside my current HR genre)...but I guess I ventured toooo far off..these characters seem totally from a different planet !!
