When Samara arrives home from her honeymoon with Luke, she finds herself keeping more secrets from her mate—and her pack—than ever before. When the Tala pack travels to the Catskills to find out if there’s a chance that Samara’s grandfather, Joe McKinley, might still be alive, Samara finds herself witnessing a Vyka initiation that she would have rather not seen. But as the Vyka get prepared to attack the Tala, Samara knows that they’re really out for blood this time. She needs to stay strong for her pack and must hope that no one she loves will be lost during the fight.
Oh my god, tears!!! I love Luke but I am glad Sam's happy and she named her's and Luke's baby after him and I kind of guessed she was going to end up pregnant with Luke's baby!! I LOVED THIS SERIES!!!

I knew that Declan didn't turn his back on Samara I also knew he got good with the Vyka so he could give Samara information. Shocking how fake Josh was, heck I wouldn't put it pass him anyway look at what his twin brother did he deserves to die in the end. I had tears in my eyes when Luke got killed I smile when Kyana killed her dusty a... Daddy. And Declan and Samara yeah I new they was Goin to be together in the end. I really enjoyed this book can't wait til I read the last book Her and her Wolf
Well I read the whole series. But after reading the first book I left a review and then I decided to just read the rest of the series before leaving another review so now that I'm done reading all the books I can honestly say that it was a good series but more for younger teens, the books were just written in a way that would be easier for a younger person to relate to. But it was still a great series, it made me laugh, and it made me very frustrated because of the way that Samara acted also it was like she didn't seem to upset about losing Luke, and it made me cry a little when that happened.. But I still think it was a really good series and even though it had a lot of typos and mistakes I still thought the series as a whole deserved five stars.
The ending to this book felt like it was the end of Samara's story. I wonder why there's still another book after this. After all, it came with an epilogue, and the book answered most of the questions.
Well, except for minor things like what happened to Rocco and if he figured out about the lie. Would he retaliate? He couldn't possibly threaten Samara anymore😂.
Overall, I enjoyed the unexpected twist in the story, but I was a bit disappointed by the anticlimactic ending of the final fight. How convenient that Samara passed out and didn't see it all happen. Also, the status of female alpha didn't seem special for Samara anymore because Rain was also an alpha!
Another Great book from the girls but the ending left a lot to be desired by me anyway. This book was so exciting from start to the very last word. One more in and this series is finished, That makes me very sad. I have totally enjoyed this series and I will be sorry to see it end.I have enjoyed watching the characters grow and mature for the most part and I would have loved to know how they ended up. I am not going to give anything away but this was a very good series and I am sure that everyone will enjoy it as much as I did.
If I was a YA I would have lived to have read this series, so in my head I pretended that I was and thoroughly enjoyed myself, I’ll be honest though, there were a few moments that I thought, as if!!! Like when something emotional happened, knowing how emotional I was as a YA but over all, I did enjoy the series. I would definitely recommend reading this series called Howl series.
Cursed (Howl Series Book 6) ❤️🔥❤️🔥 absolutely loved this book!! I really wish books like this had been available when I were younger. The story line is engrossing and the characters are well developed. I can't wait to start reading the next book in the series! This book 📕 was an incredible cliff-hanger that leaves you begging for more. Definitely recommend this series and the two sisters..
Omg I'm so sad. Luke's gone and it make me cry. Why did it have to be him?! It was a great story the whole thing. And I'm happy grandpa's alive lol crazy ole coot. I'm gonna miss all these characters for sure
What I liked: -Declan. -Samara. I have to say, Samara was by far the best part of this series for me. She had a couple of ups and downs, especially in the beginning, but she grew into such a strong character by the end that I could forgive her less than stellar moments. She learned a lot throughout the series, and she grew into her role as alpha. I was very impressed with her willingness to do whatever was necessary for the safety of her pack and the people she loved. -The ending. I’ve gotta give the authors props for going the route that they did. I can’t name many young adult romance books that end the way this one did.
What I disliked: -Luke. -Action. The high point of this book—the final fight scene that we’ve been waiting for since the first book—was a bit of a letdown for me. The writing was very disjointed and it jumped around a lot, and it seemed to focus more on the feelings during the fight than on the actual fighting. I would have liked to see a long, detailed, action-filled fight scene, but we didn’t get that, and I was pretty disappointed. Overall, I felt like the writing in this book wasn’t as good as it was in the others—it could have been so much more. -Price/length. These books—just like the others from these two authors—are very short and could have probably been compacted into way less books in both series. Considering that five of the six books are $2.99, I expected to get way more out of this series than I did. They were quick reads full of fluff that were able to take my mind off things for a few hours, but since I paid almost sixteen dollars for this series, I’m not sure it was worth the money I dished out for it.
Overall, this one was hard for me to rate, since I wasn’t sure if I really liked it or not. It was a good end to the series, but this series won’t make any real lasting imprint on me. They were short fun reads, but the overall price really puts me off. I would recommend this series to hardcore fans of werewolves and paranormal romance, but if you don’t like those two genres, I would save your money and buy something else instead. 2.5
The 6th book in the Howl series by Jody and Jayme Morse has brought this amazing series to an end. I love this series that never let's you down in the adventure, romance, lies, and all out amazing series. The characters in this series are all strong individuals that can hold their own.
Samara's life has went from normal teenager to married to her mate Luke and Alpha of her pack Tala. Can Samara's life get any more complicated then it already is? Can she live a semi normal life without someone trying to kill her? Between trying to get ready for the biggest fight of their life's against the Vyka pack and evil spirits. And with grandpa Joe making appearances that have all wondering. Is it the ghost of Joe or has he been hiding all this time? As they all soon find there is a traitor among their pack that will try to Samara to her death. As secrets are revealed can their pack survive? And at what cost?
To find out get your copy of this amazing series by Jody and jayme Morse and start reading them today. I can't wait to read them all over again and see what these amazing authors come up with next. Maybe a novel about the story of Joe and his amazing tale. I bet that would be amazing to read.
Wish I felt a higher rating was warranted but this book from the series just didn't hit the mark for me. The whole story seemed rush and keeping in mind this YA orientated it seemed very juvenile. It's been a few months since I read the last book in the series, #5, but I don't remember having had the same complaints with that one or the earlier books in the series.
The end of the story still touched my heart. A terribly sad moment, combined with the happy occurrences....the sad still won out. Poor thing didn't deserve that:-( Guess the ending couldn't have been the ending otherwise.
Just ok....but I'd still recommend it as if you've read the rest of the series you'll want the ending.
The 6th book in the Howl series by Jody and Jayme Morse has brought this amazing series to an end. I love this series that never let's you down in the adventure, romance, lies, and all out amazing series. The characters in this series are all strong individuals that can hold their own. I enjoyed reading this series. I loved Luke from the first book. But #5 made me doubt him and his loyalty to Samara. It has mystery and keeps you thinking up to the end. I just love Lucas. He was so in love with the girl. Declan was awesome to the end. I would recommend this series to anyone who loves a great storyline.
This book leaves you wondering what's going to happen next. Some parts were shocking and unexpected. It made the story interesting, but it almost made it seem random and chaotic.
I wished that Samara would have more interaction with Delcan. It would have been fun to see more of them together.
The way the big fight ended made me sad. It's always hard to lose someone.
I do wish there was more of an ending. The last part of the book seem very rushed. There's a lot that happened between the big fight and the last chapter. The story could go on.
What an explosive end to the series, even if it wasn't my favorite one. The ending was perfect, and I loved where all of the characters ended up. Some of the emotions seemed a little off, like they weren't reacting how they probably should have, but it was a very satisfying ending, and I'm definitely glad I read the series. I can't wait for the spin-off series since I'm out of things to read by them.
Oh, ok so I forgot to read this book before I started the next series. As I read I noticed things that were off. Oops my bad! So 30% into it I figured what happened. I so did not even figure this one out by what was referred to. Blown away is putting it mildly. If you have tissues, you're going to need them for the last few chapters. That is the only spoiler you're getting.... Flipping fantastic series!
Dear old Grandpa is alive and well to tell the tale. I keep telling you in every review that this series keeps having twist and turns that will lead to things you never expected to happen and some things you did expect. So someone she loves is going to die…. Anyone want to take any bets on who it will be? I have enjoyed this series so much that I know it is coming closer to the end but I wish it could continue on.
I thought it was good. And I liked how it ended, however I thought it was a little short. And I thought that there could have been more details in between the major parts. And it felt a little rushed.
Excellent series. I hated that it had to come to an end. Even though Samara was suppose to be the main character of the book, I fell in love with Coby and Emma. I enjoyed how it all wrapped up at the end but still I want more.
I really liked this book at the beginning it was a little slower then what I usually like but I really got into the story. I liked how there were a lot of twist and how some people didn't turn out like you assumed they would based on previous books.great job!
This is an awesome series. I laughed, cried, and got upset. I had faith in Luke all thru the seiries. but book five had my confidence in him shook. He was great to the end. I just loved his character and him thru in all. I would recommend this series for anyone who loves a great storyline.
This book was a great ending to the whole series. I loved this series and do not regret buying it. It made me cry for sure near the ending and I don't think anyone who has or will read this book will blame me. It also held a surprise that I think you all are going to love!!
I think this was the best one yet. I'm still at a lose for words though pack turning against pack secrets that almost destroyed a relationship and a lose that still has me crying.
OMG!! This book made me sad and happy during each page turn!! It had so many twists and turns. Once I thought I knew what was going to happen I'm thrown off course again. Absolutely wonderful series!
The book has me in tears both from sadness and happiness. The image that i have of hawaii is hilarious I am glad that Samara is able to love twice in her life time.
