I have to admit, I was hesitant about this book. At the end of Brie Faces Her Master's Fears, it was revealed that Sir was turning over Brie's care to Tono for three weeks! I wasn't sure what to do with myself… But then I realized, Tono = Kinbaku!!

I wondered what was going to happen between the pair... After all, they were a hairsbreadth from being partnered during the collaring ceremony!

I was hesitant about this installment of the "After Graduation" series, because I knew "Sir" was going to be leaving on business and there would be very minimal interaction between him and Brie. I figured that this book would drag on because there wouldn't be much going on, and next to no sex. Boy,was I totally wrong!! True to form, Red Phoenix has written another wonderful story about the feisty and lovable Brie! In fact, this was not only jam packed with updates on some of our favorite characters, there were also some intriguing facts revealed about a few of our beloved instructors! Also included, were some hot sex scenes and even the romance was not forgotten. Again, I learned a lot of new things like: the difference between Shibari and Kinbaku, the importance of physical contact while setting the stage for a "scene", and I will not soon forget the fascinating "pussy jewelery"!!! All of this sets up an awesome book, that I loved from start to finish.
Brie's Master leaves her in the care of another Master, with firm boundaries set for Brie and the man taking care of her. This "Master" is someone who Brie knows very well, and she is nervous that old feelings are going to come up between the two. Will the bond she has from her Master Thane be enough to live through being apart, or will the attraction that she feels for this current Master take over and damage the relationship she already has?
Brie is continuing to work on her film, and she goes to the training centre and learns all sorts of things from the instructors she interviews. Marquis Gray agrees to do a flogging scene with Lea, and the scene is super hot between them. Something happens at the training center that Brie doesn't anticipate, and it sends her into a whirlwind of emotions.
On top of everything going on, Brie's Master does not forget her. In fact, some of the things that he does for Brie while he is away is heart melting. He may not be a super vocal person; but after what he does for her, I have no doubt that he loves her very much.
If you have been following this series, you for sure do not want to miss out on this installment. It is jam packed with all of the best things that make for a great erotica, and for us romantics at heart. Red Phoenix is one of my favorite authors, and this book demonstrates why I adore everything she writes!

OMG !!! SO SO GOOD !!
I Loved this book so much, right at the beginning it had me so emotional, and crying like a baby. Throughout this book I felt so much Love between the main Characters, I Love this story line so much. Red Phoenix is such a fantastic writer she keeps you on edge with the Characters and the story. I just feel like I am a part of it all, like I know each of the Characters personally and I Love them all !! This is another 5 STAR Book, this whole series is just fantastic !!! I Consider this Book a MUST MUST read ! I am again waiting Impatiently and dying for the next book !

When Master leaves the Country he enlists another to watch over Brie. This Novella picks up where Brie Faces Her Master's Fears ended. As a reader I at first struggled with this decision. I soon saw the wisdom behind this, with a wolf on the prowl. After reading this novella, I now believe Master made a very wise choice.
For this reader I also felt Brie and Tono's personal relationship grew, but in a way that doesn't interfere with her and Master. Everything about Brie and Tono was special, from having pizza, to demonstrating kinbaku at the training center to telling each other of their love for one another. I felt they were the perfect pairing while Master was away. He was there to help and protect Brie. She helped enlighten him that he needed a more permanent submissive in his life.
Brie continues to grow and learn under another's command with limitations. She also continues to work on her documentary with filming at the training center and interviews with trainers. One demonstration was just breathtaking.One interview raised more questions than answers. What really is behind Ms. Clark and her attitude? What makes her tick? I am sure readers are wondering the same thing.
I just melted when Master called Brie ... His Poem and signing it Love Thane. I also loved that he set up a certain time each day for her to go exercise. Knowing this would help her feel closer with him, especially with a certain new gift. I must say even though I felt many of the things that happened in this novella were needed, Master was sadly missed. Yes we heard from him but for me he was truly MISSED!

Wow,This 5th installment of Brie AG #5 is simply Amazing! This book offers everything, it's emotional,funny,intriguing and of course HOT!!! I really enjoyed this one, we get to visit the training center, for some great interviews with two of the trainers(I still want to know what's up with that Ms. Clark), also we get a demonstration from the wonderful Marquis, that will make your panties wet! We get to learn more about the appeal of the rope, and boy those scenes are sizzling! And then There is a mysterious character introduced who may or may not have something to do with "Master", we don't know, because as always our Lovely Mistress, keeps us hanging on wanting more!! And I definitely want more!!!

While I'm reading about Brie's adventures and misadventures, this is usually me:

But Brie was rather sad in this part. Having her Master away is not easy for poor Brie. Neither is serving another one in his absence.
On the other hand, it was nice to see Tono again and read about his skill with the rope. Although her heart did feel a little conflicted, Brie thought it was nice, too. Plus, those two really needed closure.
As much as I like reading about that sweet Dom, there's a Domme that drives me nuts. What is Ms. Clark's deal? It's about time I find out.
And who the hell is that woman from the end???

I truly enjoyed this installment in the After Graduation series. I have always loved Tono's beautiful heart and the way he has a down deep connection and care for Brie. That really shows through in this story.
Red Phoenix has a knack for making a novelette feel like a full length novel. Not in a bad way where it drags on and on. No. She fills it with incredible imagery and love and exploration. And then BAM!! It ends with the reader on the edge of their seat!
Normally I steer clear of novelettes, but because Red gives such a hearty read and doesn't leave me waiting months upon months to get my next dose, I eat her books up!
Another job well done, Red Phoenix!

I was given this book by the author for a truthful review.
I must start this review by saying BRAVO ENDING!!!! My heart is racing and I immediately messaged the author to say I was STOMPING my Foot!!! She is such a master at teasing us *giggles* in alot of ways this novel.
If you are up to date with the series, SWEET!! If not please start with the Brie at the Training Center. These books take place after she is through submissive school and is in a happy and stable relationship with her Master.
So this nook is another great installment to Brie. She and Tono have to face their feelings about one another. I must say I enjoyed seeing him be a little 'rougher" with Brie. During the Graduation ceremony he didn't seem to have the "harder" side so that was pretty exciting.....annnd let me say the scene was pretty HAWT!!!
Todd, Todd, Todd.......I really just feel for the guy but DUDE LET HER GOOOOOOOOO...enough about him.
Ms, Clarke has really really really peaked me. She hates Brie BUT......I wanna know what is up. I wanna know why she is so draw to Brie but hates Brie. I mean we learned some thing about her and Rytsar but what else makes drives her???????
Grey and Lea's Flogging Scene......I loved how Brie is so expressive and Grey can pick up on it. he is such a great man...and Lea...who doesn't love her!!!
Sir *Dreamy Sigh* he was very missed in this novel but the gifts and poem defo brought a tear to my eye. I will say the cliffhanger at the end is in regards to Sir and I am guessing his past.....????? Man, it was an epic ending and i am going to be driving Red CRAZY until book 6 is out!! LOL

Another brilliant instalment and another cliffhanger of an ending... what are you doing to us Red!!!
I knew it would be Tono that she would be sent to. I was a little concerned that the story was going to split off with her falling for him but thank goodness it went a different way. I love that Brie comes to the realisation that she can love him for his beautiful spirit but is not in love with him, and that no distance or time can alter her true feelings for Thane.
Love the little note he left her - Sir has a romantic side it seems.
Obviously the woman at the Gym is his mother but the question is.... did his mother know who Brie was all along and was using that to gain information (why did she offer to get business cards done up for Brie for free and then asked about her address details?), and was that Todd/Faelen outside the gym or not? Is his mother a Domme? The way she constantly flirts with every younger guy in the place should clearly highlight to him how different Brie is to her. No need to think that because she says things his mother used to say to his father that they will end up on the same path.
So many questions... hurry up with the next book. Now I am worried that his past is going to slam right into the present and all of his issues are going to have to be dealt with and confronted - but that is likely to be a very bumpy road for their relationship I fear. Oh no! I can't wait for the next one - how much longer..... Although when the next one does come out it will be one step closer to the last book and I really don't ever want this series to end.

I got this book from the author in exchange for an honest review...
well, this book is a bit different, Bre's sir has sent her to live with another dom for 3 weeks. She has no idea where she is going or who she will have to please for the next couple weeks. She is on edge and afraid of what will come.. that was until...
Bre is going to stay with tono!!!! She is going to have to remember that they are just friends and that they cannot share their passionate connection like she wants. She is signing a new contract that stats that Tono is not allowed to enter her in any way.
She is focused to finish her video documentary for her producer and is determined to get Mary to finally open up. now, the hard part is going to be giving out some interviews. She will find it the hardest when she has to interview Ms. Clark..... We will find out something new and exciting... I think their is a crush starting, but i don't want to toot my own horn yet..
another great thing is that Bre meets a new friend at the gym that she has to attend every morning.. you will find out who she is as you get farther in the book and it will leave your mouth dropped open for hours....

WOW! WOW! WOW! Is all I can say.
In the last book Sir told Brie that she will serve another master while he is in Russia, the master she will serve is Tono
This book is full of emotions, and the way Red has written it makes the reader feel it to. It is wonderfully written ¡V Bravo Red.
Although Sir is not in the book much this is more about her relationship with Tono and her documentary that she is making.
She is still having dreams about Faelan and there is an encounter with him. The interviews with Marques Gray and Ms Clerk takes place and you get a little more insight into their roles as trainers.
We are also introduced to a new character who helps brie out at the gym when she sees Faelan.
Red is leaving us hanging at the end of the book, making the reader hungry for more. I need my Brie fix ¡V when is book 6 out? º

I LOVED IT!! I have to admit that I kinda dragged my feet on reading this one because of Sir traveling and leaving Brie in Tono's care. I was torn at the end of book #4. I kept having to remind myself to continue to trust that Red will not disappoint us in Brie's journey and I should've remembered how Red loves to tease us, lol! Well done Red! The setup of this book was wonderfully done with the temporary exchange of ownership. I found it very intriguing and was curious as to how it would all play out since we all know how strongly Sir feels about Brie. I was happy for both Brie and Tono as I felt this book got them over that awkward hump in their relationship..it was almost kinda of a closure for them both in the sense that they both know and accepted the fact that Sir will always be her one and only true Master. Sir is always so thoughtful and um where can I get a pair of those jewellery thong, lol! As for this new character Elizabeth I knew something was kinda off about her and I so can't wait to find out based on Sir's reaction at the end there. Thanks Red! You ROCK!!

Great installment, I could not but it down I was transfixed with this one more than any thus far. I felt so many emotions right along with Brie...I was worried, scared, fearful, lost, but I also felt so loved, cared for, and supported by all.
Then the cliff hanger......
Brie learns so many lessons in this one about herself, friendship, trust, and so much more. There is one friendship that during the hardest test for her post graduation yet.
Her relationship with her master is put to the test, only to come out stronger,she finally comes to understand no matter how far apart they are there is always a way to connect to her master.
We learn more about two of the trainers at the submissive school, and meets a new intriguing person (but I got a bad/uneasy feeling).

We learn more about two of the trainers at the submissive school, and meets a new intriguing person (but I got a bad/uneasy feeling).

★★★★★Brie Learns Restraint by Red Phoenix (After Graduation #5)
This is a BDSM erotica short coming in around 75 pages.
I back to loving it. Although Sir is gone for now, her film must move on. A contract has been drawn, reviewed and signed. Brie gets a new Master.
This is so unbelievably bittersweet. I just want to cry. I love the rope master , and this feels cruel to me. But he finds it to be a challenge, and you need challenge to grow.
Tono's true self starts to come out. We learn somethings about him, that explain a lot. But he also learns from this experience, and I wish him all the best.
Brie also gets a new piece of jewelry. All I'm saying is, "Where can I get one of those?" Haha, just kidding. Ok, no I'm not, seriously, where?
But Brie has done it. This time she has inadvertently climbed right in the lion's den, with the beast. I swear the more she tries to obey, the worse it is. But seriously I'm already over Sir's mood swings. Hell, he's worse that a 13 yo girl and flo.

This was great, but Ms. Phoenix sure does an epic job at leaving us hanging at the end. UGH!!! It's going to be a terrible wait for the next installment to find out more.
Ms. Phoenix does a wonderful job at throwing us right back into the story from where we left off in AG book 4. I loved the arrangement that was made for Brie while her Master had to go away on business for 3 weeks. I was a bit apprehensive after reading it in book 4, but the journey Brie goes on with her temporary Master was a pleasant and enlightening experience.
I loved the additional little tid-bits we learned about some of the trainers and I'm very interested in reading more about this new character that has come to light. I simply can't wait for the next installment!
Write faster Lady Red. We can't wait to read more!!

Another hit for Red Phoenix!
At the end of the last book I was not sure where this would end up, now I find myself torn between wanting Brie to stay with Sir and be with TonIo.Tono. While Sir is dark and and intense, Tono is gentle and cinordinate. Make no mistake,Tono is a Dom and not to be ignored.
Brie is questioning her devotion to Sir and her lingering feelings for Tono. While Faelen remains in her periphery. Being half way around the world doesn't stop Sir from showing his dominance and possession of Brie. While trying to guard his heart, we see the protective shell crack and Brie, like the soft creamy cheese that bares her name, melts at his seeming devotion.
The worst part about this book is that it ends. With each installment I fall more in love with Brie, Sir and Tono. Don't hold out Red, we have the crackers, you keep Brie coming. ;)

I loved this installment of Brie after graduation! During her time with Tono, she learns that even though she loves Sir, she can love others.
Her unsettling dreams are continuing; when she goes to the training center for an interview, she runs into Faelan. He tells her that she is in his dreams, it frightens her.
Per Sir's request, Brie is continuing to make her documentary. She is able to interview Master Gray and Ms. Clark. I hope that we learn why Ms. Clark feels Brie is an itch that needs to be scratched.
Mistress Red leaves us hanging once again. Who is this older woman that Brie meets at the gym, that makes Sir pale when he sees her?

I have followed Brie on her journey from the very beginning and it only seems to get better. I broke down in sobs in the beginning of this installment and was about ready to punch someone by the end, all the while being on the precipice of sexual frustration during the whole thing. I am not going to be one to give spoilers but please make sure you have read the story from the beginning to make sure you have the emotional grasp of what all these characters are going through and why before you begin this one. Red Phoenix you are truly a Master of you craft and I cannot wait until the next journey that you will give us with Brie and Sir!!!!

I also loved Brie's journey, I love the fact that you started it from no experience at all for her, the idea of the training school and other beginners was a wonderful journey to go on throughout the series, I love all the characters and their paths as well, each one is a vital part to the series and for Brie on her journey.
The journey was intended for Brie but I found myself falling in love with Sir and his own personal journey to realizing what he wants and needs.
I have read and re-read this series over and over. I would love any other novellas you may entice us with, even on the other characters lives. I look forward to your future musings.

I'm loving the Brie instalments....... This instalment shows a bit about other characters personal lives and a bit of history on how they got into the lifestyle..... I'm sure there is more to be revealed about Sir and Ms Clarke's history.....Tono is just amazing, you can feel the connection between him and Brie such a strong connection. I think if Brie had a choice of having two Masters she would..... The ending, I have a feeling it's Brie's new gym friend Elizabeth who is going to turn out to be Sir's mum hmmm who knows.....Can't wait for Brie #6, the waiting is killing me already!!!

While I absolutely love the Brie series, this isn’t my favorite of the After Graduation novellas. I think it may have just been my mood but I would have loved to see Brie kind of go against Sir for once perhaps with the same honesty that she had with Ms. Clark. I do find the addition of Elizabeth to be mysterious and can’t wait to see how she is interwoven into their story. Regardless, like all the others I ready this quickly and then was sad because now there's a wait for the next. The series is truly addictive.

How Brie learns to accept her feelings for Tono.
Seeing the softer side of sir....always love that.
The new mystery woman from the gym...can't wait to see where that goes.
The continuing mystery with Ms. Clarke.
Not so much...ready for the Faelen (sp??) drama to come to a conclusion. It has the potential to be great, but will lose that if it drags on. But I have faith that RED won't disappoint ;)

Red Phoenix does it again drawing us into Brie's world as she learns and grows as a submissive. This installment puts Brie in several new situations that are challenging and we get to watch her face these challenges each time with honesty and courage. This is an important piece to the process for her to truly become a submissive. Loved every minute. If you haven't read the entire series, what is stopping you? Go and dive, you will be immersed in a wonderful world!

Good books take me with them. Everything stops and I don't exist anymore. I'm in another dimension living, breathing, crying and laughing with them.. Red Phoenix took that to a whole new level. One that my words are very poor to describe. I'm inside Brie's shoes and everything exist in a 3D dimension and all are so vivid and intensified... Add to that cocktail a long lust for Tono's ropes and the mixture becomes explosive. Addictive.

I was so worried at the end of AG4 when Brie opened the door to Tono; however, AG5 shows that Sir was very wise in his choice of master/protector for Brie in his absence, and this time it seemed as if it was able to bring closure to Tono and Brie. Yes,the threat of Faelan is still there and this mystery woman was another cliffhanger that Red so loves to give us. Loved this book!

Wow-I am still trying to sort out everything that happened. While Sir is gone, a new master steps in to look after Brie. Faelan, Faelan the wolf pup- not much needs to be said about him. Ms. Clark never ceases to amaze me. Lea the lucky duck. The ending- I can't wait to read the next book and discover who the mystery lady is.

Red Phoenix never ceases to amaze me! I cried in this book like never before! But I'm good with the love between Brie & TONO! I so enjoyed their shared time together...seemed so refreshing! But I also enjoyed getting to know the trainers at the center through Brie's interviews, seeing Sir show his love to Brie, the HOT SEX SCENES with the call to the rope...FANTASTIC READ!
