Everything in this book is really common sense and self-explanitory. Quick read, there were some little bits of good advice, but all in all not a book i'd highly recommend. I don't know of another book that does better yet, but only read this if you have absolutely no idea how IQ or the brain works and trains (nutrition, exercise, left vs right brain, exercises etc.).
