I really liked that these are ice cream recipes that you will not find in other ice cream cookbooks. Not having tried all the recipes, it makes it hard to judge the quality of the entire book so I'm giving the book the benefit of the doubt until I try more of them. Some I will not try like the Cookie Monster which has Duncan Hines Cotton Candy Frosting Creations Flavor mix, but others will definitely need to be made like Thai Peanut Curry Ice Cream.

How funny that the one recipe in here I really want to make is from Young's Jersey Dairy in Yellow Springs, Ohio!

As an ice cream and gelato lover, this book really SPEAKS to me on a different level. What I love the most about it, though, is the warm feeling it gave to me (even if this book is basically all-about frozen goodies). A book full of love.

So many recipes as uniquely their own as the states from which they come. Can't wait to make some of them!

Borrowed briefly from the library. These recipes look different than many of the standards I've already tried. I'll report back later with success or failure stories!

Oh. My. God. These ice cream recipes look amazing!!! They are certainly unconventional, with flavored ranging from peanut butter and jelly to popcorn. Yes, popcorn, can't wait to try these goodies!!
