New Adult Contemporary Romance

**Due to content, this book is not suitable for readers under the age of 18.**

Carmyn Rafferty witnessed the aftermath of her mother's affair. She learned at a young age not to trust anyone. Especially not your spouse. So she's planned. She's planned every detail of her life: who her husband will be, what their careers will be, what their lives will be like. All to avoid the pain of infidelity.

Dallas Brown lives according to his own terms. He doesn't do relationships, he doesn't care what anyone thinks of him, and he doesn't live up to anyone's expectations.

When Carmyn's fiancé cheats on her, it sends her into a whirlwind of one-night stands with the most infamous player on campus. She can't seem to stay away from this tough guy and his dangerous motorcycle. Everything about him is the complete opposite of who she'd planned to fall in love with: tattoos, dark stubble along his jawline, and hair that brushes his shoulders.

As Dallas and Carmyn begin to fall deeper and deeper into each other, they learn that love can truly be a wicked, wicked thing.

Sneak Peek of WICKED THING by Angeline Kace.
New Adult Romance, Coming Sept 2013

“What gives you the right? We are not together. Stop sticking your nose where it doesn’t belong.”

Carmyn’s forehead creases, and if I were a fool, I’d say it was in pain.

Her face flushes with anger. “You’re right, Dallas.” Her words are clipped and cold. A stark contrast to the heat radiating from her.

“We’re not together and I had no right. I’m sorry.” She snatches her purse off my dresser and turns to leave.

“Carmyn, wait.”

She stops but doesn’t turn around.

I’m confused. She won’t let me tell her how I feel, but I’m supposed to allow her to fix the most broken part of my life? A part of me wants her to. For her to be the one who makes the broken things work. But not like this. Not when she insists on keeping things the way they are. I can’t give myself to her if she won’t accept my heart, let alone give me hers.

She marches to the door and flings it open.

I want to tell her to wait, but I still don’t know what to say. I got what I wanted; she won’t try to push me about Denton anymore. Was it worth losing whatever part of her I had?

I’m not sure it is.

4.5 stars for deep and sexy Dallas!! This book showed up on a blog and I just figured why not?

Dallas and Carmyn have similar backgrounds. Growing up both of their home lives were tarnished by cheating which resulted in their parents divorcing. They have both closed themselves off, until they find each other.

Dallas will not do girlfriends. Casual sex, yes. He's not even as assbag, he's very honest and doesn't play head games. His fathers cheating produced another child, and his father picked his "other" family. Dallas lost his father and all the things they used to do together. This has left him majorly jaded. Now he goes to college where the dad is a professor, and his half brother Denton also attends. Burn. And Dallas...he's tatted, has a motorcycle, and is talented and smart. I loved him.
Carmyn has her own family drama. Mom cheated then turned into a drug using whore. She was raised by her dad and they are still very close. She has been with her boyfriend Becker for 3 years when she catches him cheating. I love her roomies nickname for him- small pecker Becker. Lol. Ava, her roomie, convinces her to go out. Let herself be free and do what she feels as she feels it. Carmyn is such a planner she's boxed herself in. So she decides, what the hell why not?
Dallas has always thought Carmyn was hot. Once he finds out she's now single, he wants to hook up. Carmyn knows about Dallas and his rep. Perfect. Because she's not looking for anything beyond one hook up. Problem is, once they do hook up it isn't enough. Not for Dallas. So begins the story of their friendship. These two had tons of chemistry. I felt like I was watching them fall in love and was the only one clued in. Loved the dual pov's. The connection was honest and sweet and hot.
As much as they tried not to fall in love, they both knew something more was happening between them. Tried to fight it. Carmyn was so scarred she wouldn't let him in. Both were trying to bust down walls that were put up long ago.
I flew through this book because not only was the writing good, the connection and chemistry between Carmyn and Dallas was too good to stop reading. I had to know what happened.
This is a HEA and standalone. I hope to see Ava and Denton get a story. I think Denton deserves to tell his side.

Wicked Thing brings us the coupling of Carmyn and Dallas. Not a couple that is obvious, but that share a very similar past that allows one another to feel something a little deeper. For Carmyn, her life was all planned out. Career and marriage. All done. Everything selected, every path chosen. But all that crumbles when she finds her fiancé in bed with another woman.

Dallas was a man-whore. He never promised anything more than a night of great sex, but when Carmyn becomes single, the girl that always caught his eye is someone he isn’t willing to walk away from.

From the outside, Dallas is the bad boy who rides a bike and is inked. But as Carmyn gets closer to him she realizes that there is a lot more to him than what everyone sees. The unfortunate part, for Dallas, is that he just doesn’t fit into her perfect plan of the perfect life. Spending time with him in and out of his bed works, but looking any deeper into their feelings is just too much for her to take. Then it happens. The moment when she realizes it, but it might just be too late.

This was my first read from author Angeline Kace and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this read. Often times you read a college age romance where the good girl falls for the bad boy and you just can’t help but compare it to EVERY OTHER book out there with this theme. But she did a fantastic job maintaining a very solid story line that had elements that really allowed this story to stand out.

I think what I loved most was that those parts that allowed this to stand out were understated, not in your face like: Look at me, I’m nothing like those other books!

But rather, it was in the background. You knew it was there and you knew that it played a major role in their story – but it wasn’t their story.

Dallas was surprisingly a great character. I was worried. At first I was holding back a little waiting for him to do something so unforgivable... but he was just this down right lovable character that had you feeling all the feels for. Even Carmyn who had her moments, was endearing. The author did a great job giving you both their pasts in such a way that it allowed you to understand their motives. It allowed you to give them a bit of understanding as you watched them navigate this new territory.

I would say that anyone who enjoys a great college age romance would love this book. I feel like I can say with confidence that you won’t feel like you read a recycled story and that this one will stand out for you in the many books in this particular genre.

I have read a whole bunch of NA titles recently. This one left me.....

heart pounding photo: tinmanlovesyou tinman_pounding_heart_md_wht.gif

All of you that know me well, know that my favorite, favorite book of all time is what?????

That's right Beautiful Disaster. Well this book was not exactly like it, but, there were some similarities and I LOVED IT!!!!!

Camryn's boyfriend was a real tool and she has had a troubled past. When he cheats on her, she goes into a downward spiral, locks herself in her room for days, stops eating and pretty much just sleeps her life away. It is up to her BFF to get her ass up and moving. And that is exactly what she did!!! She decides that she just needs some fun and has a one night stand...or so she thought!

Dallas loves women and he is very honest with them when he tells them that he doesn't do relationships. Camryn is all for that, but why does that bother him so much and what is it about this girl who gets under his skin?

I loved both characters. Camryn is a planner all the way. She basically had her whole life mapped out. Dallas is a player and he knows it. He drives a Harley that only fits one. He could never imagine wanting to take a girl on his bike. He never thought that he could ever fall for one woman.

Their love is a little messy and not at all gushy. I love when that happens because when the gushy part comes, it makes me swoon even more. AND, I can't forget the reference to Dirty Dancing! Can I say la swoon?

nobody puts baby in a corner photo: nobody puts baby in a corner dirty20dancing34.jpg

Typical Angeline, she creates these swoony characters and makes you fall in love with them. Now, I am left wondering which types of books I like better that she has written? Paranormal or NA? Well, I guess she will just have to keep writing more so that I can decide??? Angeline!!! Keep 'em comin!!!

4.5 Wicked Awesome Stars

This was such a fun, sweet and sexy read!!! Dallas and Carmyn were made for one another and is was delightful watching their relationship grow.
Ava, Carmyn's BFF, was hilarious and their friendship was part of the reason I loved this book. There were some very serious issues in each of the MC's lives. They both had to learn how to trust and forgive. Luckily, for me, it was not angst overload and that helped make it such a fantastic read!
Also, dual POVs! I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed reading the different perspectives.

Definitely one of my faves! ♥

This novel blew me away! Angelina Kace is a master storyteller, and from the very beginning I was sucked into this phenomenal story with it’s true-to-life characters and situations. I love that it’s told in alternating perspectives, giving readers first hand glimpses into the mind of both Carmyn and Dallas as they struggle to make sense of their lives, their needs, and their desires. It’s a beautifully written tale that focuses on forgiveness and overcoming one’s past, and I loved every minute of it.

The tension between Carmyn and Dallas is extremely palpable in this novel, but it’s not a vulgar or obscene NA read by any means. Kace treats the topic of sex with respect and she does a great job keeping the character’s interactions tasteful, focusing more so on driving the plot of the story than on their sexual escapades, for which I am grateful, since I’m a bit of a prude. But palpable it is, and it’s impossible not to fall in love with the swoon-worthy Dallas as he presses on, falling deeper and deeper in love with Carmyn, even though it goes against everything he stands for.

The characterization in this novel, as I’ve alluded to before, is absolutely superb. Both Carmyn and Dallas are extremely real, and as the story progresses, it feels more like reading about friends than just some characters in a book. I’m highly impressed with Kace’s ability to flesh out her characters and bring them to life, which she’s done time and time again in her other novels as well as in this one, which is one of the many reasons that I love her so much.

Without a doubt, Kace’s debut into the NA world will leave heads spinning and readers dying for me, especially as Kace unveils her plan for the next installment in this fabulous series at the end of the novel.

My first time really watching Dirty Dancing is with Carmyn Rafferty—the woman I pulled a Patrick Swayze on before I even knew what it really was.

Well, that wasn't so bad. It started out really HOT, simmered way down in the middle but it turned out to be pretty sweet in the end. Now I feel like watching Dirty Dancing again.

I had a problem with the two faces of Dallas. He starts the book one way and with nothing to really change that, he becomes a different guy. While the rest of the story was nice, I just couldn't get past that.

I love, love, LOVE this book! Wicked Thing is not what I expected. It is so much BETTER. Really, I was kind of expect some Young adult angst story but what I got was a fantastic romance story with the perfect journey of love, heartache, and discovery leading to my favorite...HEA. Their story reads like a great roller coaster ride and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was hooked from the first page reading Wicked Thing in one sitting and I'm sure so will you.

Get ready ladies because here is you next book boyfriend. Meet Dallas! He's sexy, hot tattooed and overall DELISH! *Pauses to sigh* Ok...I'm back. Really ladies he's a bad boy but not a bad person. I love a guy with tats but then need to have meaning and each of Dallas' do. My personal favorite is the shark (read the book to find out why). Carmyn (don't you just love that spelling!) is the opposite of Dallas - A good girl with her life all planned out. That is until she catches her Mr. Right banging Ms. Skanky Wrong. Of course after being a good girl for so long she decides to be bad...with bad boy no-commitment Dallas. You can tell from the get go these two are perfect together. Everything about them screams couple and when they finally together...purr! What a ending!

Now for some no spoiler details. The sex scenes are perfectly written. Just enough details to keep it hot without being over the top smutty. The development of their relationship feels like a natural evolution without feeling rushed. The pacing of the whole story is very smooth. I love how the main characters are two beautiful souls each damaged from their shared childhood experiences. Each dealing with their pains in their own ways yet finding a way to over coming it and be together. Their journey is a beautiful that at times had my laughing out loud and other times sobbing. My only regret, you can only read a book for the first time once and I can't experience this book again like I just did.

Author Angeline Kace (who is quite the sweety) has done a outstanding job creating this wonderful book. Now the tortuous wait for her next book has begun. Wicked Thing is most definitely a book worth reading and I have alreay started recommending it to all my friends.

One more thing...I absolutely LOVE the cover!

I received this book from JeepDiva for the express purposes of an honest review. The opinions and rating of this review are solely mine and in no way was I compensated.

I've already read this book twice so I think it's safe to say that I enjoyed it. OK, maybe enjoyed it isn't the right word. I LOVED it and I devoured it in one sitting, both times! .
Carmyn has her whole future planned out thinking that as long as she follows course she'll have control over how her life pans out. Suddenly a cheating boyfriend veers everything she knows off course. Choosing to try to move on and start planning a newer future she heads out for a night of fun with her best friend Ava where all she wants to do is let go for once. Cue Dallas. Honey-haired, blue-eyed, man candy Dallas who avoids any sort of commitment like the plague but has always found Carmyn interesting.
A game of darts and a small wager begins their story.
Haunted by abandonment issues Dallas has never had "more" with a girl but can't avoid the fact that he likes spending time with Carmyn. Still focused on her perfect future Carmyn is scared to let another man in. Especially a tattooed, motorcycle riding man with a reputation as a womanizer.
Their chemistry is too much for them to ignore and soon they're spending most of their time together. Until their fears of reliving their pasts get in the way.
I loved their journey from acquaintances to a couple and the sex scenes were perfectly steamy. I want to scratch Dallas's stubble!!

"I'm pretty sure if God were a woman, and smelled Dallas and kissed Dallas, she'd fuck him too."

This story had it all. It made me laugh, it frustrated me and most of all it had lots of Dirty Dancing references. I like that there wasn't too much drama making this a more believable, easily relatable story that ends in an HEA. The scene near the end when Dallas wants to talk to Carmyn at the door...priceless. :)
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and will be revisiting it over and over in anticipation of Denton's story.
Don't hesitate, go one-click this one now.

The cover of this book really caught my attention. Both of them really gorgeous! From the wicked gleam of their eyes, I was instantly curious what it's all about!

As I begun to read, I can say that the cover justified the characters. Dallas and Carmyn , as the author described and as I imagined, really looked that way. ( and I'm really glad! )

I love the chemistry between them. I just knew it right from their first kiss...touch.. that these two are really meant to be. I thought Dallas is going to be douche-chy ...but I was so wrong! He was the sweetest of all! Can one be hot and sweet be found on one same person?! Apparently it is! When he made that metal sculpture with Carmyn as his muse?! Awwwwww! When he modified his bike just to fit in Carmyn's butt?! Double Awwwwwwwww! ....And when he did that Dirty dancing act on the waters with Carmyn... It's more than Awwwwwwwww! I was swooning non stop! That was when I told myself... I was so loving Dallas Brown!

I'm really glad that this book has no heavy angst in it. Of course there's been not so good times too..when their personal issues and differences were brought into the surface. But then... Love can make anything possible, right?

I loved the ending. Specially the .....???!! ( now, it would be a super spoiler, if I told you! Hehe. ) It was the best way to end this book. The last few scenes.... I wish my .... ( now you have to read the book to find out yourself! ) ..would have exactly like that! It was way beyond romantic! I was swooning and.... dancing! Yes! dancing ! And yes! It involves a scene from Dirty Dancing!

I freaking LOVED this book!

The characters were awesome. I especially loved, Ava. She was so much fun and the perfect best friend. The fountain scene was so funny and she only got better and better as the book went on. As did the gorgeous Carmyn. She was sweet and I liked her immediately. I wanted to punch Becker for what he did to her, and later for what he did to Dallas. He was a real scumbag, and even though it showed Dallas' violent side, I cheered him on when he clocked Becker in defence of Carmyn. Dallas was a great guy and quite the hottie. Even though he started out as a player, I liked the fact that he was open and upfront with the girls he'd been with. He didn't play games with them.

What I really loved about this story is that it showed that guys are not the only ones who get scared when it comes to admitting their feelings. In fact, sometimes it's the misunderstood guy who, when he has it, knows how to love unconditionally and irrevocably. And Dallas proved that in every way possible. I just wish Carmyn has seen, and felt, it sooner, then all the drama could have been avoided (But what would a great book be without a little drama!!)

This book was romantic and funny; it really had it all - drama, tragedy, passion, and most importantly, characters who drew these elements together in a way that made me want to cry one minute and smile the next. I've been reading a lot of NA Contemporary Romances of late, but this one definitely stands out as a fantastic read. One of my favorite!

Wicked Thing is a beautiful story about two people who should not be together, but end up creating a beautiful love story. Angeline Kace must have secretly gone to Hogwarts, because she had created magic with Wicked Thing. The tension and attraction between Carmyn and Dallas is well written and believable, where in other novels it sometimes seems a little forced.

Carmyn is a responsible college student who due to her mother’ betrayal has become a bit of a control freak. Dallas is a playboy who has never been in a relationship and he is not looking for one. Carmyn’s personal pain has embedded into her character and the same can be said for Dallas. When these two broken people have a casual encounter, they get more than they bargained.

Wicked Thing is not just a contemporary romance story, but also one of healing. I think that is really the beauty of the story, and what makes it such an excellent read. Wicked Thing is a truly enjoyable read. I got so into the story I lost track of time, and what was happening around me. I am almost sure that if my house had caught fire I would not have even noticed. A true sign of a must read story.

Meeting all the character in Wicked Thing, I am excited to get to see Denton’s story in the next installment. I am also looking forward to see where his story is going to go and seeing familiar faces.

I have been a fan of Angeline Kace's since her very first book. I couldn't wait to get a hold of this and sink my teeth into it and it didn't disappoint!

Camryn Rafferty is the girl we'd all love to hate but can't help but like. She's the girl that the guys think is the hot tamale but yet doesn't see herself that way. She's just come out of long relationship that she saw going somewhere with her 'it' guy only to find out that he liked to have some 'indiscretions' on the side. She's devastated of course and decides to play the field and not get serious again. She's in a sorority and Kace gives us a sneak peak into the nasty side of them.

Enter Dallas Brown whom I went gaga for from the very first page. He has a sex appeal and niceness that you can't help but swoon over. He is who all the girls want. They're ruthless and mean just to garner some of his attention.

What starts out as a friendship and something 'meaningless' turns into much, much more. Relationships are developed, mistakes are made and feelings arise that can't be turned off.

The best friend is fantastic and I loved her character and her mouth and I'm so excited to see what's in store.

I walked away finishing and thinking about these characters several days later. Dallas is now *sigh* a new book boyfriend.

Fantastic book and one I know you'll enjoy!

Initially I was excited to read this book because I wanted to read a friends-with-benefits storyline. A guy and girl having fun and slowly getting closer unbeknownst to themselves. I love that subtlety. But this was never really a friends-with-benefits story. From almost the beginning Dallas was infatuated with Carmyn and they acted like a couple pretty early on. They got really close quickly in the story, so I was disappointed the author did that. I thought, "finally, a guy will gradually start to like a girl". But no, it ended up like all books where a guy likes/loves a girl from the minute they meet for no obvious reason.

Anyway, despite this it was an enjoyable love story. The usual misunderstanding drama was predictable and frustrating but I liked these two. The ending was unnecessary though. Made it too cheesy.

No angst overload, just lots of steam, swooning, sighing, with this fast, sweet, sexy and fun read. Dallas and Carmyn are sorta perfect for one another. I loved how he swept right in to her life and change all of her carefully set plans.

It’s told in dual POV so you get to see inside both of the characters heads. The writing is easy to read and the story flows together really well. I look forward to more from this author in the NA genre. The typical angst is there but it wasn’t to much that the story felt tense.

I enjoyed the book, and recommend it to anyone that loves the NA genre but doesn't want to much angst.

Almost like a rocker book.. minus the instruments.. well some of them..:)) and how lucky he has Camryn dropped in his lap. Camryn cautious one.. had a bit of a rocky home life as most do with divorced parents due to affairs.. just had it happen to her and now she's just at a stand still.. until she goes out one night on a whim. ITs a sensual college romp.. not over heated, but just enough to dive in the characters. I really enjoyed Camryn and loved his intensity. Not a long read rather quick and kept my interest to the end.

Dallas and Carmyn! I just love this couple! So cute ... hot and down to earth! My heart broke for Dallas in a million pieces when his father died. How horrible for him! To never see him again and only to find out just how much his father missed him!!! Ugg!!! Carmyn ... she really pissed me off when she assumed how shit was! Communication y'all!!! I'm really glad they got their HEA and that Denton and Dallas worked things out !!! I can't wait to see how they did in Denton's Story! I just loved this book! such a lovely book ! Carmyn & Dallas were so cute together! i read this book in one sitting ;) i loved their Friendship ! Both of them were not looking for love, but eventually they didn't control their feelings towards each other .. It was fun to watch from the sideline .. I think that towards the end were unnecessary parts that could be solved without all the drama .. except for that, I enjoyed the book very much :)

4.5 stars! I wasn't really expecting this one, just grabbed it because it was next in line on my iPad. I loved it! I thought the story was great, the writing was great and the story played out so well. While this concept of good girl/bad boy in college isn't completely original, I felt such a connection to Carmyn and Dallas. Was a great short read!

Read my full review HERE at Into the Hall of Books.

Wicked Thing by Angeline Kace is straight-up New Adult Contemporary Romance and good gracious, I loved it. That is all.

******************************************

Wicked Thing is the story of Dallas Brown and Carmyn Rafferty - how they came to be together and eventually stayed together. They are one of those college-going couples that ended up together after Carmyn broke up with her boyfriend, and they sort-of became exclusive. They never meant to stay together. They never meant to fall in love. They certainly never meant for any feelings to become involved. When Dallas met up with Carmyn, he was very clear that he doesn't date and he doesn't do relationships. Carmyn was perfectly fine with that - she was just looking for some fun after three years of being with the same guy.

Ahem.

******************************************

Dallas is that guy - you know, the one that drives the motorcycle, wears the tattoos very well, and is unshaven in a sexy way. The one that you would never suspect is book-smart and driven to succeed, but also actually very talented and artistic. Dallas also has a reputation for being the guy that doesn't settle down - not even long enough to date. He isn't rude or condescending to women; he is just very open and honest about what he doesn't want right away - and he doesn't want dating nor relationships. This may have something to do with his father leaving home when he was a child - his father had an entire other family on the side, complete with another son. When Dallas' mother found out, she made him choose between families. Dallas' father couldn't choose between his sons, so he was forced to leave home. After he left, Dallas hated him and harbored hatred for his father and the brother that took him away for years.

Nobody really knows this, though - they just know he has rules about what he wants and doesn't want; despite this, most of the girls on campus would give almost anything to give out with someone so good-looking, even if it is just once.

Carmyn isn't all that impressed. She knows who Dallas is and he is certainly good-looking - he's very good-looking - but she has just caught her boyfriend cheating on her, and she just wants to let loose and have a good time. When Dallas wants to meet up with her, she isn't looking to jump straight into another relationship. Dallas and his "I-don't-date" mentality is perfect for a good evening - or at least that's what Carmyn thinks.

Carmyn has lived her entire life in fear - fear of winding up like her mother. Her mother cheated on her father and is an addict that is in and out of rehab - this turned Carmyn's life upside down and nearly destroyed her father. In an effort to be as close to opposite of her mother as possible, Carmyn does all of her homework far, far ahead of time, is afraid of being late, and is much, much too worried about what everyone in the entire world thinks of her. Like, she is way too worried. Constantly. And she plans everything. Needless to say, when her well-planned life flies out the window (like when her boyfriend cheats on her), things get sort of crazy for Carmyn.

Carmyn spends one evening with Dallas and suddenly the campus begins talking. Then Carmyn begins to freak out - she is so worried about what everyone is saying about her now that she has been seen with Dallas, since he has such a reputation and is well-known for his non-dating ways. BUT BUT BUT she also is very charmed by him and his good-natured heart and his sweet words and BY GOLLY Dallas never ever thought he would actually want to see a girl a second time. And a third. And actually put her phone number in his phone! And sit beside her in class. And take her to dinner. And OH MY GOSH, HE HAS FEELINGS FOR HER!! And OH MY GOSH, SHE DIDN'T PLAN TO FALL FOR THIS REBELLIOUS GUY!

What on earth are they both to do?

Y'all it is SO GOOD.

Wicked Thing by Angeline Kace is one of those fun, fun, fun reads that makes you smile and hold your Kindle really close to your face because you want to read very fast and you want Dallas and Carmyn to kiss. And they do kiss. A lot. And it's so much fun. You know what else? They watch the movie Dirty Dancing and they actually act out THE LIFT. Y'all know what part I'm talking about.

(That is my favorite movie. I can quote the whole doggone thing. I digress.)

This romance is one of those delicious slowly-developing ones that is so much fun to read about because we, the readers, can see it before the couple can see it - we know they are falling for one another before they do. We can tell they're both being stubborn when they're actually trying to deny their feelings, and aren't those just some of the most fun and yummy relationships to read about sometimes? YES. YES, they are. I loved it when one of them finally made the realization that there were possibly some actual feelings there, though. It was like WHOA, THIS IS UNEXPECTED! WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS?? And then he/she tries to tell the other one, and he/she just isn't having it for a while. It's frustrating and good and a bunch of other things all at the same time...because there is a little bit more to the story than just the romance. There is a thread of another story line in there, and it has to do with additional family members as the secondary cast, and it's pretty good. You see, once you open your heart up to love, you open it up to everything else too and both Dallas and Carmyn have stuff that they need to deal with from their pasts. It's a little bit cliche, but that's how life is.

Anyway! This one is a good one. Man, I loved it. AND the hint at the ending of another book featuring another cast member has me all kinds of excited! I recommend Wicked Thing to fans of New Adult Contemporary Romance, fans of college setting (where the characters really do actually go to class and do homework), fans of HEA's, and fans of the movie Dirty Dancing. This one goes into my re-read's list for sure.

It was ok and I liked the H more than the h
Also his issues with his family seemed genuine and i could not understand his father's decisions and naturally it affected him. The closure on this was ok.
The h too was decent but the way she tried making out with a random guy when she and the H weren't technically ON A BREAK and how she is the way who is always harping about no cheating and stuff was in a bad taste plus the way it was glossed over and not properly addressed is something i didn't like.
