Als je op dit boek bent aangewezen, is het een moeizame lectuur. Maar als je het Italiaans machtig bent, maar toch nog wel wat hulp nodig hebt bij het archaische Italiaans van Dante, is het een goed hulpmiddel.
Om Dante optimaal te waarderen: hardop lezen, in het Italiaans!
