i had high hopes but i was not impressed. first of all it was in black and white. no color photos, if i had paid money for this book i would have been hacked off. all of the workouts went in phases and did not tell you what muscles it was working. this book did not meet my expectations i wanted more. it wasn't terrible but i will not be making this a keeper.
