ዶ/ር ምህረት ደበበ በሙያው የአእምሮ ሕክምና ስፔሻሊስት ነው፡፡ የሕክምና ዲግሪውን የሠራው አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ ሲሆን በኋላም አሜሪካ ሀገር ሄዶ በሴይንት ሊዊስ ዩኒቨርስቲ የአእምሮ ሕክምና ጥናቱን አጠናቀቀ፡፡ በአሁኑ ጊዜ ደግሞ በአሜሪካና በኢትዮጵያ መካከል እየተመላለሰ በሁለቱም ስፍራ በሙያው በመሥራት ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ ከሕክምው በተጨማሪ በአስተሳሰብ እና የአእምሮ ለውጥ ዙሪያ ማሰብ፣ ማጥናት እና ማስተማር ያዘወትራል፡፡
እስካሁንም ሁለት መድብሎችን በ2005ዓ.ም እና በ2007ዓ.ም "የተቆለፈበት ቁልፍ" እና "ሌላሠው" በሚሉ ርዕሶች አቅርቦልናል::

Reading Mihret's book for the first time(Lelasew) I said he was a gifted writer.Reading his second book(Yetekolefebet Kulf) I said he should have just stopped after one book.

I couldn't stop reading it the story flow the writing style is so amazing Dr Mihret is absolute genius it is like watching a movie the way he connected the people to each other is so amazing i highly recommend reading the book has love, betrayal, trust, lie, family, philosophy, jealousy and so much more

This is the first book I've read from him. While the topics are significant, I felt that many of them were presented in a somewhat forced manner, relying on a familiar writing style to get his point across. And it's so boring.
