The author takes us on a journey of angels and demons, and boy (or girl) are you in for a treat. It splits between two different worlds, which are the world where the angels an demons (alongside other races) and the mortal realm giving us many perspectives to follow by. The incorporation of it always kept me on my toes since I always wanted to know what would happen next in each world.

The cast of characters we are given are a handful filled with multiple personalities. Honestly there were several characters that I hated within the storyline however they were due to what events were occurring. In the end I loved the personalities of the characters and how I got attached to several of them. The way the author allows personalizes each and every character allows us to build and connect with each and every one of them (even if we hate them).

Throughout it all, it is a very unique and exciting storyline, especially with the cliff-hanger which will have you asking for more!!! This is a awesome read and I will recommend it to anyone. Chapters are a bit long, but trust me, you will be satisfied!

This book was given to Toot's Books Reviews in exchange for an honest review

We all have read novels about angels and demons. We all know about the tragedies Lucifer caused and how the archangels, champions of heaven, had to battle the devil’s demons in order to save the human’s soul from darkness. Well, let me tell you that this novel, the beginning of quite a promising series, is nothing like those stories you have read or heard so far. In fact, it will change your perspective of how heaven, hell, earth, and they respective beings were created in such a way that you won’t be able to stop reading until you are finished.
Warning: Get ready for a warm and tender narration that will certainly make the characters feel like family. Therefore, I recommend you to get ready to laugh out loud, burn in rage, shed some tears and fall in love because I promise you that once you start this book you won’t be a reader but part of them.

This story is quite a refreshing tale because of its narration. Everything starts with a scene that would surely catch you attention. The youngest Archangel of heaven, Omega, is being sealed in a mortal’s body by his brother, Archangel Michael, as punishment for breaking heavenly law. By this point, you would think this story is our main character, right? Well think again guys  This story has no main character because the author considers that every character is important and everyone deserves to share his/her story with you. Therefore, there are a lot of Archangels and demons that will share their past with you while you turn the pages but be warned, some of those memories will steal your heart and you may not be able to get it back.

Omega’s family misses him a lot and decides to watch over him using a gazing bowl in the Temple of Sight in heaven. They enjoy having the youngest Archangel as a sweet and troublesome baby but they are worried that he might be in danger while he is in mortal form. Therefore, Damien, nephew and best friend of Omega, disguises himself and stays by Omegas side in order to protect him while he faces childhood and adolescence. Unfortunately, things in heaven became worse when Lucifer starts his multiple plans to take over heaven. Be warned that Lucifer can be quite cruel towards his siblings and Father but at some point, when you meet his younger gentle and pure self, you may not be able to totally hate him…just like his family. This is the trick that the author does, you are becoming part of their family while reading the novel because you are sharing every memory, pain, lose, and laugh with them to the point that it is yours as well.

Things get worse when Lucifer tries to get his son, Damien, under his control again by using his soul mate and things don’t get any better when his plan fails but he leaves quite calmly. You just leave calmly after losing such a big battle and duel, right? Well, he did because he had quite an ace up his sleeve. Unfortunately, he hurt heaven even more, especially Michael, when he reveals it. The little happiness that the archangels get by having their nephew, Damien, and his soul mate in heaven after everything that both went through and by watching Omega as a baby once again is consumed little by little by the plans of the master of darkness. Things aren’t any easier when a mystery figure from the Archangel’s past returns to their present and starts to cause trouble. Who is this mystery figure? What does she want? Will Lucifer take heaven away from his Father and become the new God? What has Lucifer done that hurt the most strict, calm and in love with the rules Archangel? Will Omega return to heaven in time to help the angels battle Lucifer’s army? Well you will have to read to find out. ;P

These novels talks about love, compassion, hope and betrayal. It will make you laugh and cry but it will also give you a new perspective of things. I don’t know, maybe you will end up finding hope in places you didn’t even expect. Maybe after reading you will understand that you decide who you are and not your parents or society and that everyone deserves a second chance, even the less likely to change for good, because they may give you quite a pleasant surprise. I expect this story to leave its mark in your heart as it did on mine.

Enjoy your read, I sure did.

*This book was given to me by the author in exchange for an honest review*

I thought this was a very interesting take on angels and demons and Heaven and Hell. However I liked the very first part the best. The second part was good but for me fell a little flat. The story starts out with Jason and Sarah wanting to have a baby and after trying for a few months nothing happens. The angels Gabriel and Michael have been watching them and decide to help them out. Their younger brother Omega has done an unspeakable crime so Michael decides that his punishment will be to be born again with Jason and Sarah as his parents. Michael had also planned for the baby to be stillborn so that their brother could come back up to Heaven, however Lucifer interferes with their plan and takes another baby in his place. Gabriel is forced with his siblings to watch through a portal their baby brother grow up again away from them. With Omega out of the way Lucifer plans to attack the angels of Heaven and try to take over.
Like I said I liked the beginning portion about Jason and Sarah and their lives and I wish there was more of that in the story. It cuts back from what is happening in Heaven and Hell and then once in a while will cut to Earth and Omega's story. Overall it was very well written and had a very interesting take on stories that a lot of people know.

This started a little slow for me. I had a hard time with the back and forth from angels to the mortal world. I think if the chapters would have been divided more, angels for a chapter and mortals for a chapter, I would have been able to keep things straight. Although it took me a couple of chapters to get things straight, once I did I definitely wanted to know what was going to happen.

I wouldn't say that this is horror, but there are some moments of horror. I mean, it's about Lucifer and his son, Damien. Funnily enough Brandon's rendition of Damien really had me liking that guy! Where some of the angels were just all uppity and a bit weird really, Damien and Omega seemed to be the "down to earth" ones. Pun intended! Damien really has a strength to him though and the way his character grows just made this wonderful. I enjoyed the parts with Damien the most, even though this is mostly about him and Omega. I even began enjoying the parts with the angels more than the mortal world!

The ending was great and completely worth the read, even with the cliff hanger! I am curious to know what is going to happen next. So, if you pick this up and start thinking it's a little slow, just stick with it, it'll be worth it in the end.

There are a lot of stories of demons and angels. Stories of how Lucifer was kicked out of heaven and how angels and demons roam the Earth.

But this is a story of different proportions. Vivid imagery and a story that will capture your attention as well as your heart. There is nothing in this book that is predictable to the reader.

How does an angel live in a mortal body on Earth? How does he adapt while he tries to get back in to heaven to be with his family and to help fight in the battle with Lucifer.

Betrayal, love, and hope are the main themes of this story. No one character gets the spotlight while another gets shoved in the dark. Each character gets their time in the sun and is consider a major part of the story.

Read Angel Omega: Imprisonment to follow all the different journeys of several characters whose lives depend on each other.

Wow.. I think I have a book hangover!
There are many stories out there about angels and demons but I have never read one quite like this. You will definitely think of heaven and hell a different way after reading this book, it is powerful and thought provoking. My favorite quote from the book is "A child does not choose his parents. He simply learns from them and grows." This statement is true in real life and throughout the book, which deals with good, evil, love, and betrayal. It is definitely up to you as a person to decide if you want to be good or evil. I can't pick one character that I liked the best, they all had huge parts in the story and there were things I liked about each of them. Some made me laugh out loud while others tugged at my heart.
I highly recommend this book.

This book is amazing! I love how the author grasps your attention with vivd descriptions of the plot and characters. I feel that the characters were really well put, and how they slowly build up throughout the story. It was nice to read and venture to a different world that gives you a different perspective of life. The build up through the story is intense and one that I think a lot of people will enjoy. I don't want to give it away but the passion behind love is and betrayal is different then any other book I have read. Also make sure to check out the FB page for the book and stay updated! I can't wait for the next one to come up!!!

Beautifully written. Is a story about love. Family love mostly. There is also a battle between good and evil. It's mostly the story of how the youngest of the archangels, Omega, ended up spending time as a mortal and how his family looked over him while he was not with them in heaven.

The story will make you laugh, mostly Damien, he is an angel with a potty mouth and sometimes he was quite naughty. Damien is the son of Lucifer but he has both good and bad in him, he choses to be good. His dad was an interesting character to say the least.

There was a twist I did not see coming, Fate, I will not tell you what happened but it totally took me by surprise.

If you have a catholic upbringing like me, you will find the story fascinating and very interesting. The way the author explains things about angels and heaven etc it's quite refreshing. It does have a cliffhanger in the end and it does not have a HEA ending but I believe we will get the happy ending in the next installment.

Loved quotes like this one:
"In the beginning, the universe was dark and without form. Nothing existed in the stillness of the deep but dust. I extended my hand, gathering all that was in the universe into it, and compressed it together. I envisioned the first stars as beautiful gemstones that glittered upon the sky. The gathered dust began to pulse with energy."

And this one:
God created an image of four crying babies. "I created their souls from my very own, and into them I breathed life. Suddenly, four tiny, crying babies lay before me. After I cleaned the dust and ash from their tiny crying bodies, I named my first born son Michael, my second son Lucifer, my third son Gabriel, and my fourth son Raphael.

To finish I will say that this author takes great care when writing his story, he pays attention to details and he does not make grammatical or punctuation errors and that is always a plus when reading any book.

~ Review by Nicola ~

We all know the story about Heaven and Hell. God, no matter which one you believe in rules Heaven and Lucifer rules Hell. With me not being an overly religious person this is as far as my knowledge goes. So when Brandon asked the club to review his book I was going to pass it along to one of the other girlies, I now want to slap my former self for even thinking that!!

This book was absolutely fantastic and totally wasn’t what I was expecting. I was expecting over the top religious statements and if I’m honest, to be a bit bored with it. But what I got was mystery, plotting back stabbing and damn right evilness. Good Vs Bad at it’s very best!

To say that I’m shocked that this is Brandon’s first book is an understatement! The way he has wrote this book you would think that he would have dozens of titles under his name.

Each character is introduced slowly and you get to know the part they play within both the book and Heaven. My favorite character is Jophiel, the only daughter of God. She is witty, mischievous and can kick ass when needed. I can’t wait to see what else she brings to the story

At moments throughout the book poor Brandon had messages from me telling him he was “evil” & “mean” and my kindle ended up in the freezer a couple of times *Much to Brandon’s amusement*

The plot was very well thought out and no part was ever rushed. It’s fast paced and with twists and turns at every possible corner and the attention to detail was perfect. There were moments where I would “Noooo, he just wouldn’t do that!” Which resulted in another message to Brandon….His only reply “Just keep reading ” I can’t wait for the next instalment of the Omega series and you know I’ve already put my name down for that review

Brandon, if I could give you 6 golden apples I would but I can’t so 5 will have to do

Wow. Where to start with this book?? I was asked to read this book in exchange for an honest review. The story in this book is pretty complicated. It is easy to get lost and overwhelmed by the characters and how much is going on. However, it isn't a book that you feel like you can't finish because it's so complex. It makes you want to read more. You can't help but be drawn in by the characters and the situations that arise. The Angels are so awesome in this book and I love all of the history and intertwining that Brandon does with them. I think my favorite angel is Gabriel. He is the older brother you want that takes care of you and mentors you. Or the doting uncle that you can talk to about any subject.

I feel sorry for Damien as he is a misunderstood creature. His father, Lucifer, hates him because he has a soul. How is that Damien's fault? But, he doesn't care. He beats him anyway. But Gabriel wants to bring Damien home to heaven where he belongs. The other angels aren't so sure if he belongs there. Or if Lucifer is just using him to get into heaven so he can take over. Omega becomes friends with Damien but Michael banished Omega into a human child to live as a mortal.

Like I said, this story is complex. There are epic battles, love stories, tragedy, triumph and a very large cliffhanger. If you don't like vivid imagery, relatable characters, stories about angels/demons/God/heaven/hell, then DO NOT get this book. I have not read the bible. I do not know many stories about heaven and hell, but I love Brandon's version of both. I can not wait to get the next installment. And I am looking forward to it's complexity because I for one enjoyed it in this book.

If you want something that is totally different and not like any other than this book would be for you. If you like fantasy with the basis that not many dare to tread than again this book would be for you. Having seen this book around for a minute and been on my tbr list was thrilled to get the opportunity to read it. The some of the characters are based from a age old story that is combined with new characters. They are given a new light that takes them on a journey that is not for the faint of heart per say but also quite different than most. This spin is fantasy with the depth going pretty deep. God and Angels being very vocal in this novel going about very personal. Omega being the one punished while reading it almost seems though that the ones looking over him are began to be very protective that being apart from him is punishment for them too. Good and Evil of course do have sides with the war waging between the two with a modern day twist with the way it unfolds. I so enjoy who Omega had seen had light where others did not that he too is rescued from evil (not spoiling who hehe) Lots of events happen over a course of time that keep you captivated also. This was totally unexpected that when I was finished did not know what I had expected but sure wasn't this. The couple that so desired and prayed for a baby are very relateable characters that I can see why they are chosen to receive Omega. This is one novel that I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be jazzed and left with a book hangover when they are finished. Lots of drama to feed any reader's hungry soul for out of the ordinary. Received a copy for a honest review.

I really enjoyed Angel Omega: Imprisonment and I recommend it to those looking for a story of hope, love, and even betrayal. It took me a few chapters to get into this book because its not like other genre that I read. The author gave me this book for an honest review and I did enjoy regardless it left me hanging at the end! :) I am one of those people that don't mind cliffhangers though I know a lot of people don't. To me it was a long book but I was distracted a few times having an 8 year old lol.

Angel Omega: Imprisonment is not the normal Good vs. Evil tale. It includes great battles, emotional decisions that will keep you going till the very end. I however am not a religious person I believe there's a Heaven and Hell but that's about as far as I can go on that subject. The plot is very well written and I loved the characters in the book there's so many twists and turns of Good vs Evil that you just have to finish it. This story is split between two different worlds, the mortal realm and the world where the Angels and Demons exist. I will get book two! There's no doubt. Thank you so much Brandon for giving me this book to read and you were 100% right saying it was unlike anything I've read and I am a big paranormal fan of all sorts this one just completely took me by surprise!

I absolutely loved this book the author grabs and holds your attention right from the start. When the story starts with Omega being sentenced to a mortal body you think oh this is the main character but that is not true the author spends equal time with all the characters and you get to know each one as well as you did the first. I thought this was a nice touch because all the characters are equal there is not one that is more main focus then the other. This story takes the normal good vs evil Lucifer vs God and adds such a awesome twist to a age old battle The story is split between two different worlds The mortal realm and the world where the Angels and Demons exist. While Lucifer is trying to take over heaven and Omega is trying to get back to heaven to help his family. The battles and obstacles The characters face will have you laughing crying and falling in love right along with them! It is a story filled with love compassion betrayal and so many other elements its hard to imagine the author fit so much on the pages. The author has a way of connecting you to the story and the characters that makes it so real it jumps off the pages into your head almost as clear as a movie. I give this book 5 stars and can’t wait to read book two!

I was given this book in exchange for an honest review by the author.

I would like to start out by saying this isn't your typical "good versus evil" story. There is not black and white here, it is all sorts of gray - and I loved that. It made the characters more real and easier to relate.

Brandon's writing style is not typical of what is commonly seen, and so it was a little odd trying to get into the book. Not because it was bad, or hard to read, it was just different and I needed to get used to it before I could really enjoy it.

There was one point where I kinda forgot to sleep and my husband woke up and had to steal my kindle, so I couldn't finish it that night. It was horrible! How could he let me go to bed not knowing what happened next?!

There are parts of the book that could do with some tweaks in editing. It wasn't anything that pulled me out of reading, but there were a few occasions where I noticed things were a little awkward.

All and all, I know Angel Omega will be a story that sticks with me. It was original, which is something I highly value. I cannot wait for the next book, and he needs go hurry up and finish it.

I really liked this book, and I loved the originality of it. This year, I've read a lot of books with angels and demons, and Angel Omega was the most recent. Maybe that's my trend for this year. Either way, I thought it was a fairly fast read, mainly because I found myself drawn into the story. I also enjoyed the different take on familiar elements, including the ideas of redemption, the difference one person might be able to make in someone's life, and of course, good vs. evil. What I can say is that maybe I need to go back and watch some of those Omen movies after completing this first book in a series.

But more than the fact it was an engaging and fast read, I really liked the characters. Through the story, there are flashbacks to events which go into more depth and add to the background of various characters, such as Omega himself. Beside him, I really liked Jophiel, and Damien as well. Although he comes along much later in the novel, the secondary character I grew to like the most was Uphir. For some reason, he just grabbed my attention.

I'm looking forward to reading the second book, as this one does on a sort of cliffhanger. I recommend this book to readers who like stories of angels and demons and the supernatural. My rating is 4/5 platypires.

We have all read many stories that depict the battle between heaven and hell. That try to give us the story behind the creation of man, angels, demons and everything in between; but never have I read a story such as this one. This tale gives us a new perspective on that old tale. It all starts when Michael unbeknownst by his brothers and sisters becomes tainted by evil and condemns one of his brother angels Omega to e bound to flesh. The outcome of this act does not go quite as planned. Messing with the fabric of time has grave consequences. Gabriel is enlisted to watch over Omega in his new form and does so vigilantly. It is brought to light why God has allowed Damien into Heaven. In reality this story is way too intricate to explain in a simple review. However, it does hold some very interesting examples. Of how good can overcome evil no matter who your parents are. That even the mightiest of us can fall to sin and the powers of our emotions. How love can break even the mightiest of emotional chains binding us. It also has a great twist on how the first arch angels actually came to be and all of those who fought beside God to keep the balance in the universe. Heck it even has a view on how soul mates came to be. A great read all around it definitely kept me up all night.

Received a copy courtesy of Brandon Godbee...the author said this book would cause me to want to smack them and my goodness did it!!! I will restrain myself though as long as the author produces another book due to the cliffhanger!!!

This story provides great detail of everything in order to completely immerse you into the book.

The story involves characters in the mortal world, as well as Heaven & Hell. Demonics, Angels, & Archangels. A book that will put you through a roller coaster ride and you experience all the sins (lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy, and pride) as well as all the virtues (faith, hope, love, courage, temperance, justice, and prudence).

Couldn't be written any better...slow start but it's worth it. Made me even cry but smile at times. This book really tests you as soon as everything starts to look up a wrench is thrown in...the relationships that have been started and have existed couldn't be explained but definitely worth picking up this book :)

I know this review doesn't give away any spoilers but I'm not one to ruin a surprise this is simply my opinion of this book. Happy reading!!

I have heard several times this is unlike any book you will ever read. That is an understatement! If you ever wondered how the archangels and God interacted in Heaven, wonder no more.
This novel is truly brilliant. God is as loving as you would think, Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Omega and their sister Jophiel are the champions of Heaven among many other various forms of angels.
Omega is the youngest of the bunch and by far the most open minded. Then let us not forget their fallen brother Lucifer. Yes he is as evil as we expect him to be. Even to his own son, Damien. No matter how cruel he was to his son, the Antichrist, he could never bend his will. When Omega stumbles upon Damien chained up in a room in Hell, they form a bond unlike any other.
Lucifer will stop at nothing to destroy what jis father has created. In his mind, he is the ruler of Heaven and he will create his own army to try and take what he feels is his.
Fate is an unexpected twist. Even the darkest creatures can have a true heart. This is a must read! The twists and turns will keep you on the edge of your seat Need the next installment quickly!!!

To be honest, it took me awhile (until chapter 3 or so) to get into this book, simply because it is not my usual read. It's about Angels and demons, good and evil.

The book is split between two different realms the Angels & Demons (as well as other paranormal beings) and the human realm.

The chapters are a bit long for my taste to be honest but it's worth it because we are introduced to so many different characters, with so many different personalities. This was a very good read and I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to be entertained. Also, there is a cliffhanger...soooo there will be a book 2!

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review
Jason and Sarah wanted to start their family. They were having trouble conceiving and even went to a specialist to figure out what was going on. Little did they know what was in store for them. The banished soul of an archangel named Omega was about to enter their lives and become their child. His punishment and how he got there involves a lot of twists and turns. Nothing is what it seems and the line between good and evil isn't so clear.

This is such a great story! I feel like you should keep an open mind when reading this book and also know that it is a work of fiction. Oh how I love the angel characters! Especially Jophiel. I love the detail the author put into in describing certain histories or events. I enjoyed this book and highly recommend it! I give it 5 stars

I won a copy of the book from the author, and I was excited to start reading it. The story is a great one on a take that many are already familiar with. As a fan of angels it was refreshing to see such an interesting take on this. Learning who the archangels are and seeing how they were brought into being was nice.
I've read the Bible and I would caution those that read this to remember that this is a fiction story and not get up in arms about the things that take place. Such as learning that God is not all knowing and also not perfect either.
My only real complaint with this book was that I really wanted more. The way it ends left me wanting so much more!
Great job Brandon Godbee! I cannot wait to read more from you in the future!

"Received and ARC for an honest review"

I gotta say I've read a few Angel/Demons stories but none like this one. It's so full of different characters and stories.

Omega story at the beginning got me so interested that I just kept reading until my eyes couldn't handle it around 4 am, and finished it as soon as I woke up. I liked that the story is not only about love, but family as well. Ot made me laugh and tear my heart. The way it is written made the reading so enjoyable and well I just need to find about what's next.

I must add I'm an atheist and I enjoyed every part of the book it's not really about religion but a great story that happens to be between angels and demons. I recommend it and I'ms sure you'll enjoy it as much as I did.

This was gifted to me by the author... And what a gift it was!!!!

I loved the originality of this book, I don't generally tend to read this type of book but I think there is something missing now in my reading list

I loved the characters and how Damien was written you could empathise with the character.i thought that if it was chaptered for mortals and angels it would have been easier to get into at the beginning, I also loved how you captured the true love between Jason and Sarah this book gives you other perspectives on how others might see the world and there having a greater being in life and that things are mapped out.I can't wait to see where the author goes next it truly was a book like no other thank you for showing me another genre of books I never would normally read

I truly enjoyed this book. An imaginative take on an age old story. My first caution is for those that are avid readers of the Bible, this IS A WORK OF FICTION please read it as such, you will enjoy it for sure if you can do that. My second caution is for the perfectionists reader, this book is THE FIRST WORK OF A TRULY INDIE AUTHOR. The reason I gave this book the five stars and not four is that I overlooked the fact that most truly INDIE authors are not afforded the help of professional editors, that is how much I enjoyed the story.

I would recommend this book to those that can abide by my two cautions, as that will truly allow you to enjoy this great book!!

I was given this book by the author for an honest review. The only thing I was told was that it was unlike any other book out there. I really have to say that the author was right on the money with that statement. This is not your typical story about angels and demons and good vs evil but also how not everything is how it seems with shades go grey mixed in. I adored Damien who is Lucifer's son because he really has a soul and is not evil at all. In all honesty, I enjoyed all the characters as they were all very well written. I would recommend this book to my friends and family and I am awaiting the next book to come out in this series.

I'd read a teaser and couldn't wait to get my hands on this book. Once I did I couldn't put it down. I would never have guessed this was a debut book by a brand new author. The story was rich and complex, dragging you in and never letting you go until the end, with twists and turns that slap you right in the face.
It's not perfect, but the small errors are far from distracting, and definitely won't detract from the pleasure of reading this amazing book.
You'll only be sorry if you pass this up!

This book left me, not only speechless, but craving more...I was drawn into this book from the first page and had trouble every time I had to put it down. All of the characters are amazing and the author (Brandon Lee Godbee) is a true story teller. I laughed often, teared up a couple times, and found myself cheering for the main characters (Omega and Damian) the whole way through. I look forward to the next book in this series and not only recommend this book to everyone...but suggest that everyone keeps an eye on this author! I have a feeling the best is yet to come!

I was asked to read and review and to leave a honest review. This book was by far a story like no other. It was interesting after just the first page. The book has many twists and OH MY GOSH parts! I for one enjoyed the book and the ending was by far the best. It left you with lots of questions about what is to come next. But, don't worry there is lots more to come and I would say that if you do not have your copy yet you should get it today it is worth it!
