Uber useful book to have whilst on the ground in Nepal.
I've used the book for my travels in Nepal and found it upto date and great at signposting. The book is broken up into regions and systematically gives a breakdown of the area, culture, accommodation, food options.
This book is not an overview but is massively detailed so at 1st glance, the book can seem a bit heavy so reading it before I arrived in Nepal was quite hard work but now I'm in the country, its actually uber useful so I'd recommend.
