His Perfect Choice is book three of a Christian romance series set in Orange Valley that will remind you that God is interested in every aspect of your life, including whom you fall in love with.
This book is a light-hearted read that thugs on the heart strings. I loved Jessica and Andre's chemistry a lot. This was a really lovely christian romance.❤️
I enjoyed this book as I knew someone with GBS. I do not know what his cause of death was, whether it was from GBS, or something age related. I know the hardship it caused on his wife and grown daughter since they were his main care givers. Unfortunately, he never regained his mobility. I thought the author did a good job explaining the relationships between Jessica and her aunt and Jessica and her physical therapist. The storyline with Jessica's long lost mother was interesting. Forgiveness was dealt with because of past relationship heartaches. The twist at the end of the book was totally unexpected!
I received an advanced reader copy. This opinion is entirely my own.
When I started reading this book, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Jessica was not a very nice person and suddenly she is incapacitated due to an Illness. And to top it all off, her long lost Mom comes back into her life. The beauty of this book is the growth of Jessica in her faith and belief in God. She also begins to surround herself with people who can support her, especially Andre, the man who has been in love with her forever. I don’t want to spoil this book but to say it is very well written and brings home the message on waiting on and focusing on God. Loved it!
I am loving this series! Each sequel just raises the bar on the author’s gift, enveloping the reader into the lives of each character, each plot, as the grace and love of God continues to manifest over and over. You will fall in love with Jessica, Andre, Lavender, Aunt Debbie and the rest as each one learns to trust in the One Who makes all things new, despite events which appear otherwise. Excellent read!
I am new to this author and truly grateful for the opportunity to have read all three of the books in the Orange Valley series. The characters had some real, believable challenges that was amazing to see how they were worked out by the support from family and friends along with much prayer. Truly enjoyed this book, along with the first two.
I enjoyed reading this book, Jessica was very mean but I'm glad she found her way back to Christ even if it was through hard times. She needed to realize you don't get everything you want in life. God knows what's best for us even if it beaks our hearts In the process. I'm glad I give this author a chance looking forward to reading more of her books.
This book of the series continues to emphasize the importance of forgiveness as the first books of the series has reinforced. I love the lessons on working for God and depending on Him! I recommend reading not only this book but the series. You will be blessed!
I thought this would be a lite read and boy was I wrong. This story held so much depth and Biblical truths. The story deals with the pains of rejection and just that overall feeling of life not be fair and yet being able to see the fingerprints of God in the midst of it all.
His Perfect Choice is a delightful read. Engaging characters and a plot that keeps moving. A clean read that is perfect to pick up at any time and any place. Highly recommend.
A great lesson in always keeping God first and being sincere in the works you do for God. Jessica had to learn its just what you want but what God has for you.
Well Goodreads says I read this book twice! Well, I enjoyed it all over again. Jess really experienced some hard breaks that upended her life. Jess wasn’t necessarily a very kind person but with help from loving friends she realizes a need to change. Her unforgiving spirit is spilling over and impairing other relationships. Is she too bitter to change? Does she even have a good reason to be bitter? Some stuff is Jess own tactics that are hurting her. There’s a mate for her, but she needs to work on self first. Can Andre continue to watch her from afar?
