Even though “The Classical Language of Architecture” is, in a sense, a technical book that explains architectural concepts and principles, it’s written and organized in such an engaging way that you simply can’t put it down. It has the kind of narrative pull you usually find in fiction, you keep wanting to see what comes next. I found it fascinating; it made me realize how much lies behind a building, not just its function or the pursuit of beauty, but also meaning, symbolism, and intention. This book truly opened the door to my interest in architecture, and I hope to keep learning more from here.
