Full Circle: Made for the Highway

Rate this book
This is a true story about my connection to the highway, road trips, love, toxic relationships and how I became a Flight Attendant after being a drug mule. It is about my belief that it's only due to my "white privilege" that becoming a Flight Attendant was even possible after that.

White privilege is starting to be recognized and this is my story to contribute to the proof of it. I hope to make people that are in denial regarding white privilege aware and bring that awareness by sharing this story.

This story is also about me having a connection to semi trucks at a very young age. Now years later and after much heartbreak, love is possible again and how my connections to semi trucks led to that.

I was allowed the pleasure of being gifted this book by the author.

The book started with a bit of foreshadowing for the future chapters. It was a slow start but after finishing the book you will see that it is needed.

I related to the author a lot! Not in every way, but the way she writes is like she is a friend speaking with another friend. I really liked that.

Trigger warnings would be: COVID, Grief, Abuse (physical, mental, and verbal), drugs, and jail.

I really enjoyed the read. I haven’t read a biography in a bit so it was a nice palette cleanse.

I read this entirely in one sitting, I loved the way this was broken up into different time periods and the uniqueness of the writing style. The overall story is deeply relatable, and I think this was a FABULOUS first novel. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a short yet impactful easy read!
