This was such a beautiful book, visually it is stunning. I love this authors illustrations, they are hot, beautiful and damn sexy.
However, if you're expecting a story similar to Black Wade: The Wild Side of Love I imagine you'll be a tad disappointed. It was all about a young fan who is in love with handsome rugby player. During a game, there is an attack by aliens... Adventure ensues.
The tropes used is one of my least favourite (it was all a dream) and while the ending left you with the hope of true love in the future, this was not a HEA. I think I went in expecting something a little different, so was a little sad when it did not live up to my hopes.
However, this is an author I'd purchase in a heartbeat. The artwork is something else.

Das war mal wieder eine kleine Überraschung. Alles fing richtig toll an mit einem Fan der für einen Rugby (ich liebe Football also auch Rugby) schwärmt und bei einem Spiel ist. Und dann BHÄMM passiert etwas womit ich gar nicht gerechnet hatte. (Ich lese aber auch kaum die Klappentexte) Ich will jetzt hier dazu nichts mehr verraten, weil es sicher noch mehr Leser gibt, die sich (wie ich) lieber überraschen lassen. Ich kann aber sagen, dass es eine herrliche Hurt & Comfort Story war und genau nach sowas suche ich. Trotzdem war noch genug Spannung und Action drin, auch wenn das ganze sehr abgefahren war. Ich mochte die Charakter total und fand die'Liebesgeschichte' richtig süß.
Wer auf homoerotische Graphic Novels steht, sollte dem Buch definitiv eine Chance geben.

A great story and well told and illustrated. This story contains no nudity or sex.
The only nude picture in the book is in the section of pictures at the back that were listed as not used in the story and it wasn’t really needed.
I must admit the way the story was told is something that’s been tried and true and used in both books and movies. I won’t say anything about the story because to comment on it would be to ruin it. Just remember there’s no place like home.

The story was cheesy, and the characters are a little flat, but the art is fun. I still enjoyed it.
