A passionate powerhouse of a chef, showing that sustainability, food and rethinking is possible. Breaking things down to make complexity possible, explaining the skills you can expand with and the impact you can make with each recipe - what a talented and thoughtful author, teacher and changemaker that is Jo Barrett. I’ve enjoyed trying a number of the recipes and building my skills, and look forward to more as I continue to explore this.
