My reviews for 2 & 3 are pretty much identical and build off what I said about issue 1. Having been here from the beginning, I love spending time in Sean Murphy's universe. However, a decent chunk of that universe's personality is in his art and in the details that just aren't there now. The characters feel a little more fluid like they slide in and out of established norms a bit too much. The overall experience isn't the same and that makes this feel less special. Like it's just another Elseworld comic. I still enjoy it, and it makes me laugh, but something's obviously missing. I'm not excited to read it like I was. The art was a huge draw. If not Sean Murphy, then I'd love to see Dan Mora take on this universe. That'd be awesome. Anyhoo...

Spoilers may encompass both issues (2 & 3).
