A great book about being resilient not only in your career but in your life.

A better definition of resilience is the capacity to embrace change and navigate stressful or challenging situations in “real time.”

People with a growth mindset believe they can develop and improve their skills and abilities with effort and practice. In contrast, people with fixed mindsets view their abilities as predetermined and don’t believe they can improve their skills.

This was an interesting book covering various ideas/elements to help boost resilience. There is a lot of science in this book which I found interesting (though may be a bit heavy for some). I particularly enjoyed the inspirational stories of athletes.

Definitely some tips that I will take away.
