I am a thirty-something mother of 3, with a drive to write. I am a strong advocate to stop human trafficking. Two percent of my earnings from the Scream Series will be donated to the human trafficking front.

A war or rebellion is the only way that the kids are getting out. At least that's the hope that they have. This book is jam packed with action. The way that the author wrote this book, you can almost believe that your in the middle of everything and you can see what's going on, up close and personal. To truly understand what's happening in this book, you should read the two previous books. I was pleasantly surprised to see that another book, in the series, is coming out.
Do the kids win the war and get out? Find out for yourself by reading this book.

I volunteered my honest review as I received an ARC copy of this book.

4.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Y’all this book will keep you on the edge of your Seats. It picks up right where book two leaves off. You see different sides and more points of few. Ember is still her who you know her heart is in the right place you never know what she is going to do. Light/Eric grates my nerves he seems like he is entitled to Ember almost 🙄 my opinion.

You get to see Jan-Jam (James)! I loved that you see his personality more in this. Also the answer of Jennifer is answered close to the end of this book. Y’all just go get it and read it. Cliff hanger is just omg!

Epic. From the first book this series has me captivated and My Name is War delivered above and beyond what I’ve come to expect from these books. Edge of my seat action, suspense, chaos, moments of depth that could only occur when put in the situation Scream and all the others are in. I absolutely love the rush the author is able to make the reader feel. You are completely immersed into the world. Absolutely loved it.
Highly Recommend to dystopian readers. You haven’t read dystopian until you’ve read Marissa Rivera.

With each book I read in this series, I feel like I am just as much part the rebellion as Ember/Scream is. The author this book through several viewpoints and this really works for this book. All the characters we meet in each book are an integral part of taking down the compound. There many moments of shock as well as triumph. This book gives Ember/Scream more of an active roll in the rebellion yet she still wants to do actions without killing. As with the other books there is a cliffhanger. Luckily August is right around the corner.
