Reading this and going through our annual church 50 day consecration (fasting for 50 days) it gave me the push I need to finish the race I just started.

Good motivational book.

I really enjoy reading Christine Caine's works, especially her daily email devotions (signup on her website), her Instagram posts, and her previous book, Don't Look Back. When I heard about her new book, Permission to Dream, I was excited to get my hands on it. Anyone with a dream or vision in their heart should read it. She gives examples from her own life of the step-by-step processes that God led her through to her current stage of leading many fruitful ministries that are blessing people around the world. I look forward to reading her future books!

This was a great audiobook to listen to whenever I drove or whenever I ate breakfast. Christine Cane came to my church and it was only till then I thought to pick up one of her books.

She gave some childhood backstory which included never learning of her adoption until 30 and the sexual abuse she endured for 12 years. It was hard to listen to at times, but what she suffered as a child led to a beautiful message that god used for his glory. In her book she taught me that what we do with our disappointments determine our destiny and how god uses the ordinary to do the extraordinary.

She ended the book by giving great Bible verses to meditate on. I am excited to read/listen to more audiobooks from her in the future!

I love Permission to Dream by Christine Caine! Through 6 chapters Ms. Caine gives a plethora of examples of how allows dreams to come to be--whether it rearranging the broken pieces of our dreams or totally rewriting our dreams entirely. I love the ideas and Godly Wisdom that Ms. Caine brings out in each chapter. Each example is inspiring and encouraged me to keep a hold of the dreams God has for my life. I used Permission to Dream as part of my own personal devotional time and it Ministered to Me. I highly recommend Permission to Dream by Christine Caine! I would like to thank NetGalley and the Publisher for the opportunity to read this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. My review is also on Goodreads.

If you’re feeling unworthy, unsure of what your next step is, or feel like your dream is too big & can’t come true - this book is for you. As she said it best, “the world needs you…with God’s help you can fulfill all that He’s created you to do.”

Christine Caine is simply amazing, I saw her speak in person but this is the first book of hers I read. Each chapter had a journal prompts after and she also directly links everything to His word in a nice note section at the end. Easy read at its core, but really makes you think.

I received Permission To Dream as a Goodreads' giveaway. I appreciated the brevity and impactfulness of the book. Christine Caine did webbed together her personal experiences, biblical references and other's stories made the devotion compelling and though provoking. The brevity of the book made the reflection sections approachable rather than daunting. I usually get stuck in books that have too many question and answer sections, as I often times forget a pen and feel like I have to return to them. This book made it easy to not only read the content but reflect and apply it as well.

This quick read provided so many reminders of the resiliency we are called to as followers of Christ. I wish it was slightly longer so we could dive into each section even further. As usual, Christine Caine deeply roots her observations in scripture.

The kindle version of this is a bit wonky, I’m sure it would be better in print.

Thank you NetGalley for the advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.

Christine Caine has been an inspiration to me for many years and this book was a blessing to read. I always learn from this wounded woman of God. One of my favorite quotes from the book is: “We cannot go where we are going without leaving where we have been.” If you have wounded and broken places in your life that you believe prevent you from being used by God as he helps you live out the dreams he has for you, I think this book would be a vital piece in your healing/dreaming journey

Loved it. It's a quick read and I finished it in 2 sittings, could have probably done it in 1 but had to let some words sink in a bit. I gave it 5 stars partly because I'm reading it at the right time for me, and many of the chapters speak to things I'm going through right now. If you're struggling to find your path, or working through disappointment, or unexpected challenges in your life this book is worth the read.

I received Permission To Dream as a Goodreads' giveaway. The author, Christine Caine, captured my attention quickly in the beginning of the book with her personal family history and Favour's story. All the stories were interesting and I learned about the A21 Campaign which I had never heard of. I would have given five stars if the book was longer. I look forward to reading more of Christine Caine's books!

Christine Caine's teachings are not only biblically sound but so enriching. This one was short but she hit some really important points and the stories she shared really touched my soul.

It had some good takeaways but was not what I was expecting, felt more like it was meant for someone who went through really hard trauma.

I loved this book! Dreaming can be hard when life continues to feel like shoe after shoe is dropping. The author discusses hope and resilience and their importance in dreaming. Parts of it felt hard to hear but I also know that's because I'm still wrestling through this topic. Worth the read!
