Sinner's Bay #3

These Sinful Kingdoms

Rate this book
All I wanted was to live a peaceful life... but being the daughter of the Italian Mafia made that a difficult dream to obtain.

My father's death left a hole of power behind and my brother pushed me out, cutting me off from everything I had. To protect my son and those I love, I have to choose between claiming the throne that is owed to me or running away and never returning.

I was never someone to back down from a challenge so with the help of the other families, I take a stand to reclaim what is mine but I underestimated the men who will stop at nothing to see me fall.

While I struggle to live up to the expectations of being a woman in charge in a man's world, I find myself falling for the most unlikely of men who stand by my side through it all, showing me that love truly does conquer all.

*These Sinful Kingdoms is a why-choose romance where the heroine doesn't have to choose between her love interests. This is the third book in the Sinners Bay series but can be read as a standalone with a HEA, however, they are best enjoyed in order.

I liked them all. Each one is different and has his own problems/struggles. Together they are exactly what Aurora needs.

So I think this will be the last book I‘ll read in this series. It‘s repetitive and hand in hand kind of boring. All three women so far ended up with exactly four men… wish there was more variation. It‘s brainless smut and not an super interesting read. Still I enjoyed it and had a good time. This book is a quick read and I liked the friends to lovers trope. I found myself liking these characters more then the main characters from the previous books because you could feel a true connection between them. It felt kind of forced to add Kenji to the mix to be honest but it was okay.
I like the fact that the author puts a mix of men in her books and that as a reader you can clearly tell them apart. They communicate good as well and there is no unnecessary drama. I think her books should be longer so that she can build up her characters better so that they’re not that bland.
Overall a good read but again not a literary masterpiece. I don‘t say this to be mean (!), I just want you to be aware that this is not a five star read and that nobody is let down by this. It is a solid book but the writing style is not the best and the author needs a lot more practice (which is fine!).

𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤?
Yes. Only if you‘re in the mood for brainless smut and why choose. Don‘t read it if you expect a very well written book.

freaking amazing!

These Sinful Kingdoms

🖤“We don’t get to choose our lives Aurora. They are mapped out for us. But we do get to choose how we react within each chapter. We get to choose the ending. This is your test. You can run from it all you like but, in the end, your name is Aurora Moretti. You cannot escape that. You have no choice but to step up and embrace it. The choice is yours, how you will do so. With fear or with the rage of a lioness who will protect her kingdom.”🖤

This is book three in the Sinner’s Bay series. This has some religious tab00 tropes so check TW before reading. 🖤🖤

Aurora has had feelings for her priest since she was a teenager. She does to him for weekly confessionals and he helps her deal with her son’s behaviors.

Gianluca has had feelings for Aurora for years but she only sees him as a friend.
Kingston is also in love with Aurora, but as her bodyguard, his main goal is to protect her and Fabian.

When they both confess their love to her, she can’t decide and neither want her to. The three decide that they can make it work and that it’s not really outside of the normal. Caleb, the priest sees how happy they are are and takes that as a sign to profess his love as well.

At the same time, her brothers have a bounty out for her head. Good thing she has three men to protect her… maybe.

I absolutely love this series!!! Each book is different but they are all soooo good! I can’t wait to read the next one, A sinful Halloween!

Spice 4🌶 🌶 🌶 🌶

These Sinful Kingdoms is book 3 in the Sinners Bay series and it's Aurora and her men's story.

This is a RH mafia story & I am here for it! I loved this book! It has all of my favourite things in it! I really enjoyed this story. Yes, it was a mafia romance; however, the main focus was the relationship between the five main characters and how they came together to make a family.

Overall a very enjoyable book to read. I can't wait for more from this author and highly recommend this series.

Another Amazing Read in this Mafia World!!

I love this author's ability to bring together different characters and create found families from them. This book is the best example of that. The men in this book shouldn't work, but as you read, you find that they work together perfectly. I loved seeing the Madden family make appearances as well as other previous main characters. This book is hot 🔥, has a fabulous storyline that will make putting the book down virtually impossible, and you will fall in love with each and every character.

Dang. Elizabeth is an amazing author. I love the whole series but so far this one is my favorite. All the characters were fire. Aurora is a strong woman. I love her character. She took charge in more ways than any other female character before. She had to learn confidence and she did that with Luca and then everything changed from there. This whole series is a must read.

I love how strong the FMC, Aurora is throughout the book. She takes charge when she has to but also remains compassionate and understanding. I loved how she how protective she is of her son and always looking out for him🥰

I loved that Kenji although young, he has went through so much when he was fables age… so seeing him connect to fable on that deep level and showing he is there for him felt like a very important moment throughout the book and I love his growth from when we meet him to the end🥹.

Kingston was so adorable and vulnerable, he was describing as a big teddy bear and I totally agree with that. He is such a lovable character and he show that men have insecurities too. Everyone has their own definition of what’s “perfect” or “appealing” and although he didn’t think he was perfect, Aurora did!🖤

Luca was definitely the person the guided everyone. If you need someone to talk too, confide in, make you see sense he was there! He is the glue that holds them all together. I loved how he helped Kenji and Caleb when they needed it!

Caleb was stuck between going for what he wanted or following the path paved by his father. He was confused on what path he to take and when it came down to making the decision Luca was there to help him.

Over all very enjoyable book to read and would definitely recommend it 🖤🥰

Whew!! Holy Hotness. This "family" started similar to Serena's "family". All of these guys were not close to begin with. Aurora Moretti is fighting on all fronts. Her brothers are coming after her for a throne that she does not want to sit on. Aurora is searching for companionship and is going on dates. Her along with her son, Fabian, and two loyal guards, Gianluca and Kingston, make up her empire. She wants to just walk away with her businesses but her brothers are trying to put a stop to that as well. Aurora went to the people she knew would help the Mendez and Madden families. They did not fail her when they rescued her and Fabian and they would not fail her now.

After yet another horrible date, Luca finally tells Aurora how he feels about her. Aurora takes the plunge. Like I said this is not like the other books. Luca knows that Kingston has feelings for Aurora as well and is willing to share. Will Kingston take the plunge? How does Aurora feel about Kingston? Kingston is not as in shape as we are used. Will he get over his insecurities and claim his woman? Luca helps him to see the light.

Guy number three comes out of nowhere. Fabian has become friends with "Wizard." It is in everyone's best interest to know just who this person is especially when they find out Fabian has been confiding in him. Who they meet is a 22-year old recluse that has been researching them all. Through his research, he has fallen in love with Aurora. Will Aurora give this young, inexperienced guy a chance?

Last but not least, Caleb. Father D’Angelo and Aurora share a naughty secret. Will he finally give in to his desires and join the flock? Caleb has a lot to overcome to join this family. Will his love for Aurora allow him to see past his ingrained teachings.

I have loved all the lead characters in this series so far. I can’t wait to see what Elizabeth has in store for us next. Aurora is a born leader. It was wonderful to see her coming into her own and finding her strength.

Mafia Why Choose

This is a story of Aurora and her men, Luca, Kingston, Kenji and Caleb. This contains friends to lovers, a forbidden/taboo and a reverse age gap romance. I absolutely loved Aurora. She is an illegitimate daughter of a mafia don, a single mom and tough mom. What drew me to her is that she was a grown woman. While I enjoy stories where the FMC is in her early 20’s, the fact that she was 30 and a was comfortable with her sexuality was a refreshing change.

The men in Aurora’s life were not your typical group. Again, was a refreshing change. You have bodyguards, one who has known her since she was child, one who has only known her for a few years, a priest and a computer hacker/gamer. Two of them also bring another dynamic to the group. I won’t give any spoilers, but it adds another level of investment to the story. It kept me involved and I wanted to know how this was all going to work. I will admit these differences is what drew me to this book.

I really enjoyed this story. Yes, it was a mafia romance; however, the main focus was the relationship between the five main characters and how they came together to make a family.
This is the first time I have read anything by Ms. Bardot, and it will not be my last. Her writing style is easy to read, and she brought a lot of steam to the smexy times.

These Sinful Kingdoms is Book 3 in the Sinner’s Bay series and can be read as a standalone.

So while this is book three, and we do see Aurora at the end of book two, this one can probably be read as a stand alone. Other than the other characters making an appearance (which I love, but you don’t need to know their story to understand this plot), and the corporation all three books have been trying to figure out who runs it, everything else is purely just this books plot. My first thought, is this book could be way longer. For a RH, we don’t get a lot of group scenes or even scenes with them all being able to be a unit together. This book follows Aurora, Luca, Kingston, Kenji and Caleb, and the dynamic of this harem are actually interesting with the age differences and occupation extremes - I just wish we got more of it. I’m interested to see if the Russians are the next book in this series. I also would give anything for more bonus content for these guys, it was over way too soon! These books are such a guilty pleasure read.

I swear this series gets better and better with each book! These Sinful Kingdoms is Book 3 in the Sinners Bay Series and just like the last two it makes me want more. This book is about Aurora, a strong independent woman, who also happens to be a mafia princess. She ends up having to fight for something she doesn’t want in order to keep her and her son, Fabian, safe. Like the other two books this is an RH Romance. We have Luca and Kingston, her loyal bodyguards, then comes a 22-year-old who, Fabian, has befriended online, and lastly, we have, a priest who is fighting with his faith and his love for Aurora. The chemistry is so palatable between these characters, and I really love the dynamic they have. I probably don’t need to say this as it should be a given as I put books 1 & 2 on it, but it’s definitely going on my re-read list.

As always be mindful of any trigger warnings, what I like you may not.

Happy Reading!

These Sinful Kingdoms, the third installment of The Sinners Bay series, revolves around Aurora, the daughter of the Italian Mafia's head. Following her father's assassination, a power struggle ensues, and her brothers exclude her from her rightful position. Torn between fighting or disappearing, Aurora finds solace in Luca, Kingston, Caleb, and Kenji. This captivating novel expertly crafts intimate relationships, character growth, and moral ambiguity, making it a highly recommended read for adult readers 18 and older. The author's skillful storytelling elicits laughter and emotional investment, particularly in the journeys of Caleb and Kenji. With its engaging narrative and spicy undertones, this book is a must-read for fans of the Reverse Harem and dark romance genres.

This is the third book in the series, again it’s a standalone but interconnected with the first two books so you see the same people again. I enjoyed this book, but I had a hard time accepting Kenji into the mix. I felt it was kind of strange, but to me I could still only see him as a kid who played games with her son even if he was in his twenties. I enjoyed the dynamic with all the the men and the woman. Although I do think there was some more opportunities for a couple of the men to explore some things. There’s of course spice within the whole book with everyone, but not a whole lot and everything just happens and goes by fast

Elizabeth's books are ones not to be missed!!!

This is book 3 in the series and boy oh boy what a series it is. They just keep on getting better and better.

Just like the rest I couldn't put it down once I had started. It had me hooked from the start, taking me on a rollercoaster ride of epicness. I just couldn't get enough of aurora and her men.

It's packed with so much and I was here for it all..loved every minute of it. I can't wait to read the next book in the series. Highly recommend!!

Not my fav. The start to the relationship was rushed and felt random. I was not a fan of the religion aspect and found Caleb to be unappealing more often than not. I was also not a fan of Kenji; he was made to be really boyish but his whole thing was about being seen as a man. Idk i wasn’t into it. I did like Luca and Kingston, however Luca was talking about “breeding her” their first night together which was also the day they got together. I feel like there should’ve been more about Jasper. I did like seeing the families from previous books.

Ms. Bardot is on fire

Each installment in this series is as good as the last. I honestly wanted to make another bar joke, but these books are no joke. In this one, we have a best friend, the protector, the priest, and the computer geek that lives secluded, all wanting the Italian Mafia Princess who needs to fight to be queen.
We also get snippets of our other families too. Another fabulous win for Ms.Bardot!!!

"We don’t get to choose our lives Aurora. They are mapped out for us. But we do get to choose how we react within each chapter. We get to choose the ending." This saying was so profound for me.

Aurora just wanted to live her life with her son. But things behind the scenes made it impossible. Now she decided to suck it up, take the bull by the horns and take what was rightfully hers.

Great read

Aurora

Aurora has been dating for a while, but what she doesn't realize is that the perfect men are already in her life. When her family tries to enter her life, her men are ready to take action and help her out. Together they'll have to overcome their obstacles.
This book is just as good as the first two and I didn't expect any less. The characters are amazing and each one adds to the story in a different way.

Great

So far every book of sinners bay has touched on real life issues along with their own plots, this one, covering body images, religion , faith and panic attacks and more. I loved Aurora and her men, loved the age gaps and single mum trope. Strong willed characters and ranges of Talents . Looking forward to the next installment finally getting some insight with the Russians. Closer to answers for Redvue

These Sinful Kingdoms is book 3 in the Sinners Bay series and it's Aurora and her men's story. I love Aurora. I think you get the best of both worlds with her. She's tough and fierce but she's equally soft and demure. She's a fantastic compliment to her men and they to her. The storyline and characters bring you into their journey and you get to experience their ride through the pages.

Most of the characters in this book are already know from the previous ones and the characters from there are in this book as well. I enjoyed the story, but the two very opposite choices of new lovers wasn’t really my thing. Besides that, I liked the book and I’m looking forward to the next one in the series. Still 5 stars.

What a wonderful adventurous and mind blowing story. Enjoyed that the heroine wasn’t right out of college. She also didn’t have to chose. She was a very strong woman and very comfortable with herself. Great read.
