In Leading Change, Omar L. Harris explains why transformation efforts so often collapse and introduces a clear, practical model for leading change with clarity and momentum.
The book is built around four critical elements every successful change effort requires:
Context – helping people understand why change is necessary
Confidence – building belief in leadership and direction
Construction – translating vision into action
Culture – sustaining change beyond the initial push
Rather than treating resistance as a problem to eliminate, Harris shows leaders how to anticipate it, work with it, and convert uncertainty into engagement.
Leading Change is for leaders navigating restructuring, growth, transformation, or disruption—and who want to move organizations forward without burning trust or people along the way.
This book is part of a leadership series by Omar L. Harris exploring modern leadership, culture, and performance.

An excellent book that offers insight, both simple and complex, into the inner workings of being at the forefront of change, advancement, and adaption in the workplace.
Though I do not typically read books of this kind, I found this one very insightful as I begin my journey in a new job where change is constant and necessary.
