About the author

Rachel Marsico has been living in the fantasy world of books for her entire life. Finally, she decided to write about the ones in her own head and see if anyone wanted to hang out there with her. Rachel loves to devise ways of killing off her favorite characters, but then falls in love with them and can’t do it. When forced into the real world, you can find her in the kitchen purposefully not following the recipes in cookbooks. Rachel lives in Texas with her Aries daughter and Aries schnoodle. That’s a whole lotta fire signs, ya’ll.

Princess and Pirate

One word I would use to describe this book is fun. Kit is full of sass, Kenzy is calm, Dane is full soldier, Raif is a pirate and Grier is second in command female pirate, also a bunch of misfits for a crew.
This has excitement, adventure, sass, magic and just a touch of romance. Lots of different POVs, a longer novel to sink your teeth into and definitely a very slow burn but I prefer that so the story doesn't get lost. If you like magic, intrigue & adventure, this book is for you.

Looking forward to the next chapter

This is an interesting series starter. It took me a second to adjust to the rules of this world but once i did i was in. I liked hearing things from each character's point of view as it adds a lot of depth to them. The mysteries that need to be explored leave me wanting more.

Bound Horizons is an exhilarating delight! Princess Kehrington isn't your typical damsel - she's smart, sassy, and locked in a tower. But she's not waiting around.
Teaming up with her best friend, she's breaking out, dodging marriage, and chasing adventures and magic instead.
Oh, and there's some steamy romance too - slow burn style!
love how each chapter switches perspectives, adding spice to the story.
Magic, romance, and villains spice up the plot, and I was all in for every bit.
The plot is great, the characters are awesome, and I'm already diving into book two!
These reads are longer but totally worth the ride. Kudos to the authors for this gem 🎉big fan here!✨
