Quinn Beck is the kind of guy who keeps to himself. He’s quiet, reserved, and has this thing about being touched; he doesn’t like it. The reason? It’s the secret he’s been keeping inside for twenty years. Quinn has told no one what happened to him when he was ten. No. One. His plan is to take his secret to his grave, but his plan slowly starts to deteriorate when his boss hires a bubbly, outgoing, fidgety, drop-dead gorgeous woman from France, and sticks her in his office.

Margot Leclair moved to the U.S. in hopes to further her architectural and interior design career. Her new boss put her in the same office as his leading architect, who is a bit quirky, but extremely handsome, with his dark hair and dark eyes. Margot has a hard time keeping her eyes off of him. She also finds him intriguing and is curious about what makes him the way he is. She cannot help her growing attraction to him, even though she knows that he finds her irritating.

After almost a year of working together on a project and in the same office, their boss sends them on a trip to London for an Architectural Seminar. It turns into the trip from Hell that has Margot returning with a sprained ankle, and Quinn even more introverted than usual. Even after having the horrible trip, Margot wants to be with Quinn, yet he continues to fight their obvious connection.

When a death in Margot’s family sends them to France only days after getting home from London, an argument between Margot and Quinn sends him to a bar, where he decides to drink himself stupid. Will he reveal his secret to Margot while drunk off his ass, or will he close himself off even more? Can Quinn overcome his past to be with the one woman who wants him as is? Or will Quinn’s past come back to bite him and ruin everything he and Margot have together?

Andria Large is a traditionally published and self-published contemporary romance author. She doesn’t always follow the rules, so you will find both M/F and M/M books mixed into some of her series.

Henry from the Beck Brothers Series was the first book she self-published. Not expecting anything to really come of it, she was shocked to find the book caught wind and readers were asking for more. Writing books was not something she had set out to do. She wrote stories for herself, as a hobby. Now that it has become her career, she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Andria grew up in Philadelphia, but now lives in New Jersey with her two daughters and wonderfully supportive husband, who frequently accompanies her at signings. The events that she attends every year are one of her favorite things about being an author. She loves meeting and conversing with her readers, but also enjoys finding new ones.

Andria considers herself open and friendly, so feel free to send her a message if you have a question or just want to chat.

3 stars because, phew sooo much going on here!

Quinn's the quiet one in Beck bros. And apparently his quietness has a reason that Quinn refuse to share, until he met Margot. Margot is a cheerful woman that fidget a lot and that annoyed the life of Quinn. Yet somehow chemistry won and they fell for each other.

I actually enjoyed this book better than Sebastian's story. In Sebastian, there's nothing spicy in the story. No drama. yet here, Quinn has a lot going on in his life and not to mention Margot's role in it.. Could be so much better but too bad Large seems rushed to finish and in the end those spices become nothing but extra taste instead of actual flavors, you know what I mean? Just like Margot's family. They didn't do much yet they get a lot of portion in the book.

Again, I enjoyed this book but the unnecessary drama is quite tiring. Could be better! Noooow, let's jump to Christian's story! Whooop!

Where to begin....

Firstly lets all take a moment to appreciate the Beck brothers...okay take as long as you need they really are wonderful...

Secondly lets all take another moment to lament the writing style of Andria Large...who am I kidding you need more than a moment... its atrocious, and lets not forget she has an editor. THIS IS EDITED?!

Despite her flaws (and there are MANY…I'll get to some later....) Andria does get one thing right, and that is her characters and character development! A great positive to these books is how they interlink with the preceding stories, and then introduce the next story. This is her third book in the Beck brother series, Quinn has been introduced in passing in Henry and then we got snippets into his story in Sebastian and what a story Quinn had to tell!

This book had me in tears, laughing out loud, and of course moments of sheer frustration brought on by certain scenes and what I like to call "Andria-isms".

The book essentially is about a man’s struggle to come to terms with a childhood incident that has left deep emotional scars, something that he has held close and not shared with a single soul. Those around him have seen changes in him and have known his aversion to being touched, yet no-one had ever pushed the point or tried to get to the source of Quinn’s worries. However that is all set to change with the introduction of a new work colleague. One French girl by the name of Margot. It wouldn’t be a Beck brother’s book without some bedroom romps!

Quinn and I may be totally different, but I can say one thing, his taste in music is stupendous, as I to have Disturbed’s Stupify album on high rotation during times of stress. Quinn is right when he said “that band always seemed to help, and in that moment, he was trying to run away the rest of his emotions”. No really try it…the next time you feel you are going to explode, rock out to disturbed. It has been keeping me in check for 15 years! I digress….

So what is Quinn’s story, what is it about this book that has you hooked and gets you through some terrible writing/editing….

So this is where my rants begin… here are some examples of when the author had be so frustrated that I couldn’t enjoy the story. As I had to put the book down and rant to a friend. Andria is lucky to have such great characters, as her writing drives you to the brink at times.

These characters, and the family scenes are the reason I keep coming back for more, despite the many flaws of the book itself. The relationship between the Beck brothers just brings you to tears. The amount of love they have for each other, , is just so beautifully moving. Knowing how much they care and that they would do anything for each other is the heart of these books. Despite the heaviness of the situation the boys still make you laugh. Sebastian’s dry wit when referencing Quinn’s smile “Dude, stop that, you are really starting to scare me with those facial expressions” Henry’s jokes “It’s a double stuffed Beck Man-sandwich!” , and Christians all together sweetness “It’s okay Quinn…we love you and we’re here for you” are the exact reasons I love the Beck brother's.

So onto Christian's story I go. I have the tissues and the chocolates ready, as I can see this one being a tear-jerker. However I for one am exciting to see more of his story, and really hope it is a happy ending

Quinn is a man who has a secret. It's not just any secret though, it's a secret that hurts him deeply. He's good at not having people touch him, and keeping most people at a distance. Until he is forced to work with Margot, a French women who is so unlike Quinn it's crazy. She is extremely affectionate, and out going. She gets on Quinn's last nerve, he swears he can't stand her. But when She is practically thrown at him, he realizes that maybe she isn't as annoying as he thought. But Quinn's past keeps him from trying to have a real relationship.

I really enjoyed this book. It is probably one of my favorites of this series. I thought Quinn and Margot were perfect for each other. And I was glad to see more of the rest of the guys too. I can not wait to read more, and see what's going to happen next.

This story made me cry – and when I say “cry”, I mean, throw-my-hand-over-my-mouth-and-sob-like-a-fool. I knew early on in this series that Quinn’s story would be super emotional, and whether or not his backstory was predicted early by the reader - in my case, it was – it was still quite upsetting witnessing his personal struggles. Quinn, being the dark horse of the Beck family, supplied this story with plenty of fresh material to mix it up and help it stand apart from the previous two stories in the series. I even enjoyed Margot’s character, which I was surprised by after having not thought much of her introduction in the previous book.

An aspect of this series that I really enjoy is that each book is narrated not only by the main focus couple (in this case, Quinn and Margot), but also the brother who will be the main character in the following book (Christian). I feel this has really helped me get excited for each subsequent book, so much so that I haven’t taken a break from one book to the next – the moment I finished Henry, I was dying to dig my teeth into Sebastian, but then I was introduced to Quinn’s perspective while swooning all over Sebastian and literally finished the last page and immediately dove into Quinn. Needless to say, I’m hanging out for Christian’s story! It’s quite a great way to preserve readers’ momentum within a series.

I made my issues with the writing and editing of these books clear in my previous reviews, so I won’t waste my time harping on about it again. Just know, I’m still frustrated, more so, the longer it goes on.

Regardless, I can’t imagine my love for the Beck brothers getting any stronger than it did while I was reading this book. The scene in which Quinn’s secret is revealed. Holy crap, I was a wreck. This was my highlight moment from the entire series

This series may not reach 50 Shades or Crossfire status YET, but it's a series I've most definitely fallen so in love with, and after each book, I can't imagine loving the next one more. But it keeps happening! I am in deep for the Beck Brothers, and I'm hoping Andria can find some long lost brothers or something, because the next one, Christian, will be the last. I will totally be sad after that book!

Quinn....in Henry and Sebastian, we are given just enough pieces to know that Quinn was hiding something painful. I kinda knew what it was, but the circumstances of it when it was revealed, had me in tears. As with Sebastians book, this one hit your emotions, probably because the issues for these brothers seem more intense than with Henry. I am a super fan of series books where we continue with the friends/family and characters we meet along the way through each book, as it always feels like an awesome family reunion. I never like to lose touch with the characters I loved in the books that came before. That is one reason why the Beck Brothers hold a special place for me...

I love Quinn because as alpha male as he is (along with most of his brothers), he bleeds vulnerability when his triggers are hit due to his demons. It breaks my heart. And the spunky french co-worker, Margot, who irritated the hell out of his for almost a year, was a perfect match for him. He needed someone to push him a bit, but also needed someone that wouldn't be scared away by the work he would need to do to himself in order to make a relationship work in his life. I'm so happy he got his HEA, and I loved the last couple chapters of this book...so much fun.

And as with the books before, we get a peek at Christians epilogue...and damn if this one doesn't make me excited too!!! I absolutely can't wait to read his book and see how all of that plays out...please don't tell me I have to wait too much longer Andria!!! Awesome job with this series and please work on hunting down some unknown Beck Brothers so it doesn't have to end!

OK! This has got to be one of my favorite series..The Beck brothers are amazing!!

Quinn...where do I start? He and Margot were too cute. I loved the fact that he finally told her his secret (which is so sad) and trusted her with it. Granted he was drunk, but still the same i'm glad he did. The way they started falling for eachother just had me invested from the beginning. The way he finally let her in and had her touch him was so heartwarming and beautiful.

It was a pleasure reading about Henry and Sebastian too..lol He is a mess, and the younger brother Christian, i can NOT wait for his book!! I know its going to be another amazing read!

If you havent read any of the Beck Brothers, start now. You will not be disappointed. :)

I'd like a continuation of this book, not included on Christian's, another book for Quinn & Margot :D.

Again, well done Andria!! Keep it like this, you just got a reader and fan for life!!

Great book, very emotional and finally we get to know Quinn's big secret - which I already more or less guessed. Nevertheless, the story was great and I love all the Beck brothers very much. Even if Sebastian is my favorite :-) Looking forward to Christian's story now!!

This was a good story. I liked Margot and Quinn and their story was good with some touching moments. This is the first story I've read by this author and based on this I may consider trying more of her work in the future.

Margot is an architect from France that moves to work for an architectural firm in the US. She has a few people she's friendly with but hasn't been in the US long enough to make close friends. Margot works with Quinn and has always liked him but knows that he doesn't like her in return.

Quinn is a guy with issues. He grew up in a loving home with 3 brothers he's very close to but an horrible incident scarred him emotionally. Now Quinn can't stand to be touched, even by lovers, friends or family. Quinn has noticed Margot but she's very energetic and tends to fidget which annoys Quinn. He's attracted to her but doesn't show it.

Margot and Quinn get thrown in to a business trip to London right as the story is beginning. The trip there isn't fun and then things just seem to get worse when they find out they only get 1 hotel room and the one they got only has 1 bed. TBH, at first I thought that maybe Quinn's boss sensed he secretly was attracted to Margot and set up the trip on purpose to throw them together. We find out later that this isn't the case but things do seem to slide in to place a bit too easily. After dinner the first night, Margot gets a little overly affected by the wine they had with dinner and ends up tipsy. Quinn has to help Margot back to their room but he's surprised to find he doesn't mind touching her. Margot is suddenly very drunk and decides to make a pass at Quinn. Quinn is a man and takes advantage but he restrains her hands so she can't touch him. The next day when they wake, Quinn acts like nothing happened between them. There's an incident in which Margot is hurt and they go back to the US early with Quinn feeling a need to take care of Margot but their relationship is still undefined.

Soon after they get back to the US, Margot finds out about a death in her family and Quinn steps up and takes care of things to get them both to France for the funeral. There are some ups and downs in the relationship while they are there but by the time they come back, Quinn is more comfortable with calling Margot his girlfriend and them working on a relationship. He does end up telling her what happened to him when he was young (although she'd already guessed) and Margot is very patient and understanding about his touch issues. They still have issues to work past and some of those are shocking and painful but Margot and Quinn do get past them and end the story planning their HEA.

Overall this was an enjoyable story. Margot and Quinn were a good couple. Quinn definitely had some issue to get past and I'm glad he was able to find it in himself to change to be better for her. Although, he still had his jerk moments too. Overall, I liked the story but although I don't have any major complaints, I just can't see it as more than a 3-3.5 star read. Maybe it's the writing style...things did seem a bit too convenient at times. Still, I did enjoy the story. :)

Quinn (The Beck Brothers, #3)
by Andria Large
4.5 stars

Quinn Beck is a very private person. He is very different from his brothers. He comes from a wonderful, loving family but does not like physical contact and has been harboring many secrets. He plans on never revealing his deep dark secrets until his firm hires a new architect. Quinn's boss decides that Margot and Quinn should share an office so that he can show her the ropes. Quinn's reaction to Margot is so comical. He finds her too bubbly, pushy, outgoing, talkative and much to touchy feely. The worst part of this is that he finds her extremely attractive and it is aggravating him to no end! Margot finds Quinn to be an interesting character and would love to find out what makes him tick. They are working together for one year when the company decides to send them to London together for a seminar. They end up having to share a room and it turns into a disaster. Margot injures her ankle and he ends up helping care for her. Margot knows that she wants Quinn but realizes from his reaction her that he must find her unappealing. She knows that he will never reveal his secrets to her and she finally begins to accept it, until he gets so frustrated with himself that he comes back to the room drunk and quite talkative. Can Quinn and Margot finally move forward and develop a relationship or will his past come back to haunt them and destroy their future.

Quinn – The Beck Brothers Series #3 by Andria Large was, so far, my favorite book in the series. This book is filled with so many varying emotions that it allows the reader to imagine very real, very stunning “visuals”. The scenes in this book are sexy, gritty, raw, and powerful! The author, again, does a tremendous job of putting her thoughts on paper and having them come to life. The book has been thoroughly edited although I did have concerns about present and past tense. Certain tenses, while reading them, sound “off” only because we normally do not speak that way. However, I was assured that it is grammatically correct.

Quinn has been harboring a dark secret for many years and has kept it from everyone – including his family. He has forgotten how to love and how to let others love him in return. The secret has completely shattered him until he meets Margot. She not only infuriates and annoys him but has also begun to melt the ice around his heart. Can Quinn learn to trust her enough to tell her about his past? Will Margot be able to teach Quinn that there are certain things worth fighting your inner demons for? This story is a well written, exciting, tug at your heartstrings read that will leave you breathless, crying and wanting more.

I am looking forward to the fourth book in the Beck Brothers Series – Christian’s story. I think he will give all the other brothers a run for their money!!

Andria Large I think I might be in love with you!!!!!

Okay I just needed to let that out before my review. Woo(wipes forehead) ok let me be serious now and start my review.

Quinn what can I even say. A beautiful man with a tainted past. Ugh my heart ached and my soul felt for him and what he went through. I can't even begin to express how badly I wanted to just hug him and take his demons away. No one and I mean absolutely NO ONE should have to go through what Quinn experienced.

Margot I could kiss you, you little French doll. I loved her character! Such an amazing female character. To be there for Quinn even when he pushed her away, to accept him and his flaws without questions. She was the ray of sunshine that Quinn deserved.

But at one point I was scared. Scared that Quinn had made the most irrational mistake of his life and was going to lose what he just finally got, happiness.

This story was absolutely amazing. I first fell in love with Henry then Sebastian and now Quinn. The Beck brothers are a force to be reckoned with. When they love they love fiercely. I can't wait to start Christians story but at the same time I don't want it to end. I'm not ready to say goodbye to the Beck brothers. Not after everything! I'm so emotionally not ready for this. (Seriously, not even being dramatic) haha.

Once again Andria Large comes out with a home run. Amazing. Simply amazing.

Quinn’s story dealt with some very sensitive issues but it was done wonderfully and with grace. I didnt really warm to Quinn in the previous books, he was always kind of in the back ground and not as out going as the other brothers we have had the pleasure to read about so far but now we know why and i found myself really liking him as a character. Quinn’s story heartbreaking but he gets to over come his issues and see the light on the other side.

The way Quinn dealt with his issues before he met Margot was by just basically keeping every one at a distance, but Margot is such a bubbly upfront character that she wouldnt let Quinn hide from her, she didnt push him she just kind of coaxed him and made him understand that it was ok for her not to touch him when he didnt want her too, but she took every chance he gave her when he did let her touch him. I loved Quinn and Margot’ s relationship.

The sex scenes are well written although not as graphic as some books they are still hot.
The wedding scenes in this story were so good had me laughing out loud at times, the Beck family sure know how to have a celebration, then there is the part with Shea and Christian holy hotness, loved it.

This book still keeps you up to date with the rest of the Beck clan and we get a introduction into Christian’s story too, which im moving right onto next.

Ok, If I haven't said it yet, I am saying it now. I LOVE THE BECK BROTHERS!!!! Holy Christmas. Move over Waltons, Bonanza and every other brother driven story out there!! You got nothing on the Beck Brothers!! In "Henry" you were swooning at his love story with Claire. In "Sebastian" you were cheering for his heroism & his ability to find love again. With "Quinn,OMG you start wanted to dive into the book and hug him to no end. That is of course if he let you. Where Henry and Sebastian were without a doubt the Alpha males, Quinn was the introverted brother. Unfortunately it wasn't by his choice "Quinn" takes you down a dark path with the telling of his story. He finally reveals the secret his has been hiding for twenty years. And let me tell you, you better have the tissue ready. Its definitely not a tale for the faint of heart. But just when you think you heart couldn't possible break any further, you find yourself laughing your ass off in the next breath. And that is the style of Andria that you can't help but love. She captures all your emotions in her storytelling. And I love it! The Beck Brothers has jumped to the top of my list of the best series novels I have read in ages. And I still have Christian's story to go!! Ok, off I go. Ta for now!!

Beck Brothers Series by Andria Large is an awesome series about 4 incredibly HOT brothers! Each book has alternating POVs of the two main characters the book is about, but each book also throws in the POV of one of the brothers making the segue into the next book perfect! I absolutely loved this aspect of Andria’s writing.

Book 3 is about Quinn, a successful architect who likes to work in peace and quiet and is a man of few words. Quinn doesn’t like anyone touching him due to a traumatizing event that happened 20 years ago. His boss brings in bubbly French architect Margot Leclair. He is forced to share his office and his biggest project with her, but Margot drives him crazy. After a year of working together, they are sent to London for a conference. When Quinn has to save Margot from a scary incident, they cut their trip short but then a death in Margot’s family shortly after returning from London sends her back to France. Quinn insists he go with her because he knows she doesn’t have anyone close to her that cares about her. If he’s honest with himself, he knows he really cares about her, but will his secret from the past keep him from getting too close? ~Kendra

Quinn (The Beck Brothers #3)
Another fabulous Beck brother story

I love how this author includes in each new book so much about the other brothers that have already had their stories told. Quinn and Margot are thrown into the same office when she joins the architecture firm Quinn works for. Everything she does bothers him, but he and she are attracted to each other anyway. I feel sorry for Quinn until they arrive in England and she turns the tables on him after a romantic dinner and too much wine. The story progresses as we learn about Quinn's abuse at a tender age and we watch him struggle with Margot and her desire to touch and love him. Quinn is there for Margot and she is also supportive and sympathetic and wanting to help him get over the abuse from his past.

This book was a wonderful read, as I stated, to watch the other brothers as they move on with their babies and marriage and to see the next book introduced with the youngest brother and his struggles in life. Stay tuned not sure when the next book comes out.
I am really enjoying this series, it is easy to read, follow and has the just the right amount of sex and humour.

I'm so glad I found this series, it's going to be my new 'go-to' happy series. I was beginning to worry that I would soon be quoting my previous 'go-to' happy books by heart! What I think really works for this series are that the female characters are strong and not wishy-washy. They know how they feel and don't ignore it. It's refreshing to read characters that don't do the opposite of what they're thinking. I did enjoy getting to see Margot's French temper!:)
God bless Quinn, he's been through so much and carries the weight of the past with him. But along comes Margot, with her bubbly personality, and she begins to chip away at his armor. I was so worried that she ruined it in France, but Quinn surprised me and gave her a chance. It really is nice to read a story where people don't flip out and leave, they work things out like adults... albeit a drunk one!;)
I can't wait for Christian's book. So happy I was right about his story, although I feel like there's going to heartbreak ahead.

WOW! This was my favourite so far. I was hooked from the epilogue from Sebastian so I knew I would love this one.

Margo is a flippin crack up! she is awesome and quietly strong and beautiful. I love the way her french language makes appearances, she is so cute. She handles Quinn so well, she deals with all his baggage so lovingly that as much as he tries, he can't help but fall for her.

Sometimes I wanted to slap Quinn for being such a jerk but than he goes and redeems himself and than I'm back to loving him again lol.

I loved this family, the brothers are loyal to each other and love each other deeply. I was so glad when they got to have their revenge! that was awesome, Henry and Sebastian are just amazing, as are Claire and Rae.

Next up.........Christian. (Now that one, I'm a little scared of)

Quinn Beck, third brother of the Beck Brothers, is a reserved, collected type of man. He is not one to express or share his feelings and you can see that in the first two books as their are small intro pieces of him.

Margot Leclair, Quinn's coworker who drives him crazy with her fidgeting and bubbly persona. Despite his standoffish character she finds herself attracted to him.

The mystery to his reserved personality is explained in the beginning, which makes the book so much more better. The author made it interesting because you see how love heals and not focus on figuring out what actually happened.

Like a good family series, we see how the Beck Brothers are there for one another. This is a must read and I am so looking forward to reading more books from Andria Large!

5 Touchy Stars!

Just finished it. Wow! I loved it. I couldn't put it away! The best one on the series till now I think. And the Beck brothers continue. I don't have much to say. The story as always was great. What happend to Quinn was awful but I really liked how the story developed and of course another Beck brother goes to my To Do List. I'm in love with Quinn as well as Henry and Sebastian. Gosh if only Beck brothers were real. Haha! I simply loved the book and I'm ready to read Christian's story.

My Quinn.
