As for me, i found and learned here about emotions, what cause the emotions how to manipulate them using your body and not allow your body to manipulate your emotions. There are helpful advices about the visualization and entering your own mode of doing something. For me was cool to know about what role plays our values and needs in everyday decisions and how to define them. There are lots of right questions to yourself in this book you should have started asking yourself many years before, for instance: "How would an ideal me cope with such a problem?", "What stops your from doing something" etc. Also it is cool to get to know that your actions must go through your values if you want to become the person you desire.
That was a real insight, i read about what is a real goal and how it impacts our every day decisions, how to define your goals, how to think about negative events that might happen and stay positive by working toward reaching your objective. Nice to know that you should stay stubborn if you found the reason, potential pros. and cons. of your decision because you must protect your dream. You have the right of live the way you want not the way others expect from you :).
