Anastasia’s not ready for her world to be this open.

Will Doc Fairee be able to perform his magic once more to bring these three halves together to create one whole before it’s too late?
Nikki Prince is a mother of two, who's always had a dream to be a published author in the romance genre. Her passion lies in raising her children as readers, gaming, cooking, reading, and her writing. Her belief is that "love is love" and that everyone should see themselves mirrored in the pages of a romance book. Nikki Prince genuinely believes that love is colorblind and gender-less.
Ms Prince did it again with this treasure...I love how the step-sister got her own story and how it was written. I wanted to hate Anastasia for how she treated Cinda but really my heart went out to her. She just wanted to find her one true love and for someone to see and love her for who she is. Then you add two sexy males and hot damn it is on :) Now I usually don't get into menage stories but this one was a great read because this woman needed a real man who can love and handle her and she ended up with two men who threw it on her and showed her her true worth.
Holy smoking erotic fairy tale retold! RIDIN' RED may imply the famous Little Red Riding Hood, but it is much more than just a little girl eaten by a wolf. In this version, it's a blend of Cinderella and Little Red Riding Hood. The title is aptly named with Red being ridden hard and long.
Ms. Prince is a new to me author and this will be the first of many books I will read of hers. Her story is fast-paced, smooth and steaming erotic. Anastasia Trumane aka Red is the younger stepsister of Cinda and she's doing a bit of growing up. Her newfound maturity sets her up to reunite with the Dom who left her. Lucien Wolf slammed the door in her face with no reason a year ago, but now he wants back in her life. This time, Red may not be such a willing submissive.
The clever combination of paranormal werewolves with a ménage into an erotic sizzling story is delightful. The play on Little Red Riding's dialog with the "big bad wolf" in this tale between Red, Lucian and Bruno is devilishly depraved. It makes a reader wonder if there was some kinky subtext to the original Little Red Riding Hood and Ms. Prince is correctly interpreting it for the reader's sexual gratification.
The characters are not too complex, yet they are endearing. The two men are easily alpha with their wolfish traits. They are designed with a couple of flaws which makes them more appealing. Red is far from perfect and yet she's a character who is most engaging. In just a short time, Ms. Prince clearly shows Red's growth and it's a pleasure. Ms. Prince also sets the reader up for hopefully a fourth story which should involve in some hawt F/f domination.
This erotic paranormal fairy tale is recommended to kinky ménage lovers.
~3.5 Stars~ Ridin’ Red is a good quick read. I really liked it but I wanted more. I felt everything was a bit rushed but it did leave me excited for Dru’s story.
Anastasia is doing her best to become a better person when Lucien arrives back into her life. I thought she was extremely nice (and a bit naïve) to let him have another chance. I’m not sure I would be brave enough to let the man who walked out of my life with no explanation back into it with the wave of my hand. I love that she had a back bone and stood up to her sister.
Lucien and Bruno are wolves and lovers. Lucien seemed to really care about both of them but I didn’t really connect to him until the end. Bruno seemed to be very laid back and was extremely loyal. I would have liked to learn more about both of them.
The sex is hot and I liked the added m/m. I like that Nikki Prince is always changing things up. Her fairy tales always have a spin on them. I mean not counting the BDSM Lol. Like Red having two wolves I thought that was quite ingenius. Added a whole another layer to the dynamic of the relationship. All in all is was a good read. Perfect for a short wait.
~Thank you to the author for a copy of this book in exchange for a honest review.
Fun, flirty fantasy read. I was briefly confused at the beginning with the mixing of fairy tales until it became clear that this was a melting pot series in much the way Shrek is. The various fairy tales are woven in quite well and definitely amusing.
Bruno and Luc are hot, and much more interesting and successful than just Lucien and Anastasia alone. The beginning had me more than a bit pissed at Luc and confused as Anastasia as to what the heck was going on. It still seems a bit contrived that initial conflict with just Luc and Ana, but after that I rode along for the rest seemlessly. Steamy read with some nice and gentle bdsm elements.
Recommended to the kinky fairy tale crowd who enjoy full participation menage.

There were too many things wrong with this book for me to like it. I tried, I enjoyed the concept of turning a story that we are familiar with into something sexy and new, but there were some flaws that nagged me.
Some of the characters were hard to follow, obviously Cin and her prince charming were very understandable, but this sister and her ex were hard to follow, particularly the love scenes. That was probably my biggest disappointment.
Also, I was a little confused by the character descriptions. Their third partner was described as Mediterranean at first, but then she calls him biracial. African-American's come in all tones, but olive toned is not my immediate thought.
Overall, I will check out the authors next book. She has lots of good ideas and I appreciate her imagination, she just needs a good beta reader to help her out.
I found the book heavy on sex (which was fine), but light on plot and needing another edit. I thought Ana making up with Cinda and standing up to her sister great, but falling in love with Bruno immediately was too far-fetched. I could buy her and Luc because they had a previous relationship (although she forgave him too fast) but Bruno was a total stranger. Lust I could see but not love yet. I found some of the "what big eyes you have" lines quite cute as they played off the Red Riding Hood story that was the base for the fantasy.
I've read each story of the Once Upon a Dream series up to this point. Each can be read as a stand-alone since each one is a different story with different characters. YES, there are appearances from characters of the previous stories (which I love), but not in a way that it'll ruin it if you decide to read out of order. Riding Red is the most erotic, sensual and touching of the series so far and it's also my favorite! Any fan will enjoy the brief escape within its pages.
This story more previous ones shows the interconnectedness of the characters and stories in the series. It was nice to see the reformation of a wicked step-sister and the addition of two hot, sexy wolves was a huge plus for me. I love menage stories and Ms. Prince did a nice job at mating this woman in a tale that combines BDSM, fantasy and the paranormal.
