(Go figure). I moved to Ohio. What can I say. Read the 1st 1/3 to 1/2, then realized it was only early history that I was interested in. The early history of Ohio is fascinating. Learned a lot about how congress got the "western" states going, and what Ohioans, in particular, did once they got started. I've lived in Oregon, California and Illinois prior to Ohio and I've never had any interest in the history of those states. I think it has to do with being close to the Ohio river, which is undeniably loaded with historical interest.
