מורפיאוס, שליט החלומות ממשיך לנסות להשיב את כוחו.

רוב הכרך עוסק בכלל בדוקטור דסטיני והוא מוזר ביותר.

כשאני מסכם את הקריאה שלי בשני החלקים של סדרת הקומיקס
של ניל גיימן, אהבתי הרבה יותר את החלק השני. אולי, כי למדתי
לדעת לקרוא קומיקס ואולי, החלק השני היה הרבה יותר טוב
מבחינת הסיפור. כך, או כך, הרגשתי שיפור ניכר בבניית הסיפור
והעלילה וגם מבחינת הדמויות. אהבתי במיוחד כיצד יוצגה דמותה
של "מוות" בספר ועל כך שהיא, היא, "מוות" בכבודה ובעצמה,
נתנה מידה מסוימת של נחמה לדמות הראשית שלנו.

בחלק הזה אנו ממשיכים לעקוב אחרי מורפיאוס, שמנסה להשיב לידיו את הכלים שבאמצעותם הוא שולט.

אם להתמקד בחלק הטוב בספר: הדמות של מוות היא מבריקה בעיניי. מקורית ושונה מהדימויים המקובלים.

אבל יש גם הרבה רע. הסיפור מפותל, לא תמיד מובן, והוא מתדרדר (מבחינתי) לאימה ולזוועה, שהיו לי קשים ביותר לקריאה. מסוג הדברים שאני משתדלת להתרחק מהם.

שוב, כמו הכרך הקודם, נראה לי שלא הייתי מבין אם לא הייתי רואה את הסדרה הטלביזיונית.
אשמתי? אשמת הכתיבה\ציורים? אשמת התרגום? לא יודע, אבל מבחינתי לא אהבתי.
אולי רק הסיפור האחרון איכשהו נחמד גם אם הוא לא מי יודע מה מקורי.
תקראו ותשפטו בעצמיכם, אם כי עדיף להשקיע את הזמן במשהו אחר.

Pretty good. Not as strong as the first collection. Some the stories are all,over the place. Don't know if I will read any more.

I read this during my own personal READATHON. This is every bit as grusome as the first but not as good. However I liked Morpheus' sister and also the fact that superheroes from other comics appear.
