Met Ralph at an exhibition in Livermore, CA. He was a very nice and lively man, the book is a great look into the stories of WW2 in their original retelling.
A rather large collection of newspaper articles, letters, and various accounts of combat in World War 2, supplemented by the author's autobiography. As a result, reading this book is like reading someone's scrapbook. The material is organized by subject matter for the most part. I'd say that it was "okay", and give it the appropriate two stars.
