Why has a crime in 1954 Seattle remained unsolved? Because stand -up comic Buster Hightower wasn't involved, that's why...Buster's love, Carla Chance, owner of the Last Chance Insurance Agency, has written an auto policy for Tyler Polk (Tip) Taylor III's sports car with one of her bottom -feeding companies. Tip, a GOIPD (Gumshoe Online Institute of Private Detection), is embarking on a career as a Private Eye. Tip has a new client, Judith Roswell, owner of a decaying Victorian home in Seattle. Judith claims she's being stalked, but lies and claims she doesn't know why. She is being stalked by a menagerie of characters in search of a nearly -70 -year -old pot of gold. Does it really exist?
