Meatlovers, this is for you! This ain't your regular cookbook. There are barely any recipes in this book, this mainly teaches you everything you need to know about preparing every part of a pig.
There are chapters dedicated to oven, slow, pan and pot roasting, within which you learn which joints are the best for each method, preparing, cooking, serving, experimenting as well as a signature dish recipe.
Then we have the main attraction: roasting a whole hog! Which looks kinda terrifying, but it assures you that if you've managed the previous chapters, you can do this too.
I thought this was a great book, and I learned a lot! It also made my mouth water and made me really hungry!
