This is an approachable collection of the explanations of methodology and intentions that make up human rights laws using international instruments and treaties. This book is a great tool for someone looking to build a basic understanding of the different tools available to governments at large, what the tools can be used for, how they are applied. And it also provides useful descriptions for various regions of the world and how they look at human rights, how they approach the subject, and how they craft different tools to attempt to promote education and protection regarding them.
