About the author

For the past 21 years, I have been a planner and an organizer. I always needed things a specific way and then everything changed for me. I've always had a vivid imagination and thoughts racing through my mind. I realized that life is way too short to let things pass me by, because in the blink of an eye everything could change. So I decided to just live in the moment, taking every chance and opportunity led my way. No second thoughts and just going with the flow.

I decided to put the fictional characters and the conversations going on in my head to paper. I know, it makes me sound crazy, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I've embraced crazy and hectic and last minute because it's led me to making my dreams a reality.

When I'm not writing Happily Ever After's I'm reading about them and living one. I think this world is filled with too much sadness already we don't need to read about it as well. I write because I love it and I've allowed my imagination to run wild and be crazy and free. Just like me. ❤

I just couldn't do it. After reaching the 40% mark, I had to set this one aside. There is ABSOLUTELY no story here. The heroine is.... I'm not even going to say it because I won't be nice about it. The hero.. I actually like him. I would love him though, if he was inserted into a story with some actual depth & a point to it.

Bottom line... this one was just filled with cheap VERY cheap, sex cliches with lukewarm temperatures and a lead heroine that inspires nothing but irritation.

I'm unsure about this book. Don't get me wrong the sex scenes are 'hot damn' but that's about it. I love though how Neil and Jade gradually fell for each other but him crying too much was getting a bit annoying and made me lose interest in the book. I'm all for men that are in touch with their feminine side but with this series it's way too much with the leading men; it kinda contradicts their image. With that aside, the series has fab storylines and I'll recommend. My only advise to the author is that she should keep writing fantastic storylines (like these) but with men that have a bit more balls.

Neil and Jade are one in the same, both have made mistakes are consider themselves to be a big misstake. Jade doesn't open her heart to anyone , and Neil just wants to feel loved. Things hang for these two when they become roommates. Can they make each other see their worth.
This book was well written and had a good story line, however I just felt bored with it. It was a struggle to finish it . I don't know if the story just lacked drama or suspense but it was lacking something . if you.like a feel.good romance you will.like it , if you want a book that will keep.you turning the pages then this one isn't for you.

Another great addition to this series. I absolutely love Neil, who could ask for a better guy! I really liked Jade too but I have to say she was a crier...she cried all the freaking time. I guess since her brother James cried just as much I should have expected it!

Great story

This story is how two Siblings over come the abuse growing up and how they protect each other and how they both find their own loving family and the trails they Accomplish along the way.looking forward to reading more books from this author

i would like to rate two things in this book. the story itself it a 3star as i felt it repeated in every chapter. there was loads of sexy time in there but it was again the same in every chapter. the characters were good and had been through alot in the past and once they came together it was lovely.
i also wanted to rate the writing as some of the things that was said that jade had been thinking was great and actually made.me thing too about what she was talking about . i would give that a 5 star well done xx

This book will get heart pounding with the fact that Jade life is messed up. What ever she does she thinks it's a mistake until day she meets Neil and he has to work hard to break the wall that jade has put up for so long , but once he does break that wall around her heart there is no going,back . know the only problem they have is when and how are they going to tell her brother jason that she fell in love with one of his best friends . I would recommend this book

I loved this one too. It was a great addition to the series. Emily McKee does a great job, and adds great background. The books give more information from previous books without over doing it. A very pleasant way to spend time in your imagination.
