Sara Fawkes has always loved spinning tales, but her romantic roots come from sneaking her mother's old Johanna Lindsay books from the dresser drawer. She's been writing stories since she was a little girl (and has the home made books from preschool to prove it), and loves creating stories and characters and interesting messes for them to get into. An avid traveler and adventure motorcyclist, her dream job includes selling everything off and leaving civilization to see the world on two wheels, writing in cafes in each country she visits, and living off her writing. In the meantime however, she lives in California with her menagerie of pets and, when not writing, loves to rebuild old motorcycles/cars with her Dude and plays with the characters in her head. SUMMARY (50 words or less)
This story kept moving from page one. It was a much better read then the last installment. I’m on pins and needles wondering what’s going to happen. Although, I sure of an exit, I want to know how. This series keeps me going. Faster for #4 to come out.

What will happen when Lucy is faced with the question that Jeremiah is bound to ask. What exactly happened with Lucas on that ship? How could she say she loved him one minute and find herself in bed with his brother the next?

But the truth is something that Jeremiah may not be able to stand. When a new threat emerges, can he let go of the knowledge that she slept with Lucas and still protect her? Can he forgive her for her actions? Can he forgive himself for walking away that day instead of telling her that he had fallen in love with her too?

Castaway is a very short read, but it sure is packed with drama. On the run now from a new threat that seems more hellbent on seeking revenge against the Hamilton brothers at all costs. And Lucy might just be the fastest way for him to gain it. The Hamilton family tree gets a little more twisted in the 3rd installment of the Castaway Series spin off.

I seriously want to bash my head in at the moment though. I can't explain why I am unable from refraining starting these when I know that in the end there won't be a pretty bow to close out the story or be left with a nice safe place to end the story until the next one. Nope - - I continue to fall prey to these stories and now I am stuck waiting after the biggest cliffhanger of all of the books in this series took place.

This is the 8th installment of Anything He Wants and third from Castaway.
It's getting better.'Jeremiah still live with his pride (or fear?) to admit his love to Lucy, or it's Lucy who's being a nagging whore and begged him to love her?
C'mon bitch! He paid you for sex!. What do you called that?
And you expecting love?
Get real!

Anyway, even I still cannot like Lucy, I felt sorry for Jeremiah. He might loved her, he might care for her. But instead, Lucy betrayed him by sleeping with Lucas.
And Lucy expected him, to just accepted it ? Not angry?
And wish that Jeremiah telling her "Oh its okay Lucy, sleep with my brother, feel the experience and comeback to me after that"?

Too bad, he really was come back to her! Ugh!
But to be fair, I'm enjoying the story. There's some stupid girls outside, like Lucy.
I just can't like her. I can't.
I like Lucas, and I hope he can have his own story after this. Definitely, he's not for Lucy!

I don't even know why, but I am obsessed with Anything He Wants... Chasing after those miniseries like a madwoman... One more left... Sara Fawkes, stop torturing us and bring on the finale, please, please, please...

"I love having you like this," he murmured in my ear, rotating his hips and pressing inside me."Laid out beneath me, mine to do with as I please."

I LOVE. It was the first time I'd ever heard him say those words like that. Part of my mind registered the significance, but filed it away to ponder later, too tired and distracted right then to look too deeply.

"ANYTHING YOU WANT," I whispered back....

"I have what I want right here."

Joy bloomed inside me, and I turned my head to look back at him. In the dark, all I could see was the reflection of his eyes. "I love you."

He didn't answer, and I hadn't expected any more...

"I love you, Jeremiah Hamilton,"I whispered into the pillow.... .

I had a brief memory of arms enfolding me and lips whisper something in my ear soon after, but I was too far gone into sleep to remember what was said..."

Overview

Secrets are revealed in the thrilling third part of the new Anything He Wants: Castaway series!

Every action has its consequences, and the day of reckoning has come for Lucy. Jeremiah Hamilton is not a man inclined to forgive betrayal, and a broken-hearted Lucy is left shattered and desperate to get back home to her mundane life. There, she can nurse a broken heart and try to go back to normal far away from danger.

But the promise of safety is an illusion. Someone has marked her as much a target as surely as any Hamilton male, and believes her to be their key for revenge against the family. There is nowhere Lucy can hide, but her help comes from a most unlikely source.

With lives on the line, can they outwit a predator who is constantly one step ahead of them?

My Thoughts

Can you believe how book 2 ended? let's just say that the cliffhanger that we got there, or i don't know if that's quite the right word, but let's just say that i wasn't necessarily expecting that, and i'm really excited about what we see as the intro to these chapters.

Suffice it to say, Jeremiah knows how to make an entrance into a room (granted he was already there) and the way that he learned his information and spat it back to Lucy - well that was exactly what i needed!

Anyhow, this 3rd installment takes us from the shaky ground that we're in both in Dubai and in the relationship with these 3 back to London where even more tension and anxiety are coming from. In the last book, we see that things are more complicated than even we knew, and that's because we really don't know who we're dealing with (among both the known characters as well as the unknown). Lucy managed to thwart a kidnapping plan against Amyrah (Rashid's sister) but that's not the end of things. Lucy has gotten her return passage back home and has managed a layover in London. (due to weather it's longer than anticipated). There she encounters a man who everyone believes is the one behind all of the murder attempts, and it's odd because he's made himself known to Lucy, yet he's not able to be tracked. Being the smart female lead that she is, she puts that thought in the middle of her mind (not quite the end) and figures out what to do moving forward.

While she's in the airport though, she learns that there was a bombing at the hotel that she just left in Dubai where the Hamilton brothers are supposed to be and this means that she's even further down her downward spiral.

Luckily, she learns that the brothers are ok, but that's definitely not where things end. Folks that seem like they are good guys prove us wrong, folks that seem like they are sharing the full truth are clearly not, and the path that we're taken on here is either a wild goose chase or something entirely different.

What we get back into in this story though is a deeper conversation around the romantic relationship between Lucy and everyone else, and we learn that there's a deeper pull there. We get to see what that means, and who that means it's going to continue with.

And as i stated in the beginning here, while i semi-considered the ending of book 2 to be a cliffhanger, book 3 REALLY ended on one. i wonder what's going to happen next and who's going to be found to be behind everything and if it makes any difference at all.

I do actually have a few questions in my mind about what we're going to see

1) What's the deal behind the leaked information about Jeremiah back in the US? what didn't he want shared that's now public?

2) can we trust the Interpol folks?

3) is the 3rd brother really a brother?

i guess we'll have to wait and see what comes next from Ms. Fawkes!!!

I am really enjoying this story but so ready for it to end and for all the loose ends to be tied neatly in a pretty little bow!!! I know serials are supposed to be short but they are even shorter when you have snippets every Saturday and the snippets are much more than snippets....I had basically read this book before it was published with all the snippets we received....Just a little suggestion when you give us snippets next time just give us a sentence or 2, it will drive us crazy but that's what they are for, to entice us to read the book... I was thinking we would not have a cliffhanger, ummm yeah we definitely had a cliffhanger!!! So that being said, I sure hope we don't have to sweat it out for months waiting on the next installment!!!

I love this penultimate novella! and I hate the adj. " penultimate" because it leads to until then.
this book is full of testosterone, over actions movie scene but the reason why I loved this one was for the EMOTIONS! A lot of them. I felt closed to her. to him and to Lucas even most of them time I hope I knew what he truly wanted and maybe hope for a better ending for him. being truly the joyful man.
anyway I felt a lot in this book.
It was pretty hard for me to remember the whole story like exactly was she the one wih dual citizenships but how. and kidnap yes but which book again. yeah dubai and the desert night.
hope the last one will come soon I need to end this one.

3 Stars... good couple of chapters. I just wish Sara would release the entire book. I find myself going back to the previous novellas just to remember key pieces. Not a big fan of these short teasing reads. Oh and I'm still Team Lucas! ;)

This novel was my introduction into the world of erotica, and yes, BDSM. Even though, I have read several others ever since, this series remains somewhat a favorite. But the castaway books didn't hold a candle to their predecessors. Something was really really off, and they just didn't seem to hit it off.

It begins so beautifully, the first three books (novellas) are just perfect. However, soon after that, it takes a sudden dip. Everything goes haywire, and nothing seems to be working for the characters or the story anymore.

The plot had so many holes, and so many questions that were left unanswered!

Can I just say, I really hate how the author uses the word "globes" to describe the main character's butt. It always throws me off. Having said that - this installment was fine. I laughed out loud a few times bc of some of the dialogue, and rolled my eyes a few more times bc of some of the plot points, but I liked the story's pace. Nothing dragged, which was nice.

It's also been nice to see Jeremiah making emotionally invested gestures toward Lucy. In the previous installments I remember feeling like she was kind of pathetic, so it's good to see her feelings being reciprocated.

As always, everything that could possibly go wrong for these people occurs. The story leaves us with a cliffhanger. At least one of the main characters should be horrifically maimed from this cabin explosion. But, Knowing how this story usually plays out, it'll probably hurt agent Marie the most, Lucy will feel obligated to nurse her back to health- and then they'll start to develop feelings for one another, and another torrid affair will break loose. But I guess I'll just have to read on to see...

I kinda liked this one. Great cliffhanger I must say

********spoiler*********

The confrontation between Lucy and Jeremiah...wow did he burn her! Damn near brutal shit he said, I almost felt bad. Then the brothers fighting! Ugh over a paid whore rmfe.

To cut short, Jeremiah still wants her but she's holding off, or at least she was. Lucy leaves, Lucas appears at the airport with her (in disguise) he wants her too, she says no no. Now Lucy meets a stranger but guess what? Stranger is actually evil brother number 3!

He bombed the hotel Jeremiah was at, Lucy freaks thinking he's dead...he's not and he's still pissed.

The two make a run for protection from Rush and end up back in bed a few times before authorities get them back. They realize too late that it was all a setup. Authorities, Lucas, J and Lucy in one place. Book closes on an explosion.

This is so awesome. I am so glad that Lucy was the one who found out about the new plan of Alexander. I forgot where this started? Was it at the bombing? I went back and I know now. Haha! The when were you going to tell me you fucked my brother scene. Funny. Haha! Anyway, it would've been fun if Jeremiah staked his claims. Where did I read it? The kissing and fucking all places of the body saying this is mine only mine. It would've been fun. Now the ending...my God! Don't tell me that's the ending, that the author said fuck it and ended it with a blast-literally. -_- Anyway, now boys with their 'I MAYBE am in love with you' lines suck. And then Lucas and Jeremiah are cuddling together now. With all the shits off their becoming closer more than ever and it's all thanks to Lucy babes. Awesome

I really enjoyed this book and how Jeremiah picked up right where they left off in the hotel room when he confronted Lucy about sleeping with his brother. I was heartbroken at the last installment of this book when he confronted her but because it picked up right from there and it really was a very fast train ride the rest of the book. Jeremiah & Lucy were the focus of this book and Loki was not as involved for the most part so you do feel intimately attached to Jeremiah. I am back on the Jeremiah fan club and am pushing for him. Can't wait for the next installment.

I read Anything he wants when it was coming out as novellas and remembered it clearly. This is really well written, and continues to throw you curveballs with all of the suspense and twists and turns. I love the relationship Lucy develops with both brothers, and how here own personality unfolds as the story develops. This book and story may seem to follow along with many of the popular series of late - 50 Shades, etc. but it really is different. I really enjoyed the overall series and recommend they be read together. I look forward to see more from Fawkes.

Only discovered this book was released today and I have it finished already.....it was only 5 chapters.
I believe the next book is going to be the last......hopefully that's true as I really want to know how it ends.
If this had been a full length novel I would have already read the ending......which I do a lot, sometimes I just have to know how it ends.
I have decided I'm NOT going to buy these types of books anymore, going to wait until I CAN buy the WHOLE book in one bundle.

That Lucas is something else! Disguises? Really Lucas? That was cute and funny. And then Lucy and jay get to the cottage and Lucas comes in and I'm thinking he was the one who had organized the whole thing.. Ugh! Lucas!

I loved the part when Lucy and Jeremiah were on the run, it reminded me if the Alpha Group trilogy only a better which much more suspense. Though the Alpha trilogy had hotter erotica in it.

A lot of info, very little action

I love all the information and suspense of this book, but I hate Jeremiah and Lucy being together, especially since, at one point, Lucy wanted nothing to do with him. I have a love/hate relationship with cliffhanger. Hate, because you don't want to wait to see what's next. Love, because I don't have to decide whether or not to keep reading; I have to buy the next part to see what happens.

That's It For Me

I've had enough of small book after mall book to get to an end I can never see coming. At this s t a general I don't care how it ends but will use my imagination. At one stage when Jeremiah mention for the hundredth time "I failed to keep you safe" and Lucy felt like she was banging her head against a brick wall well so did I reading this unnecessary instalment, save you money and move on.

Loving this series more and more and I'm wishing and praying for it never to end because the characters are so loving and caring. This time in Castaway after the revealing of the big secret it all blows out and you don't know where its going to go. Its so exciting and mind boggling how the story evolves from one place to the other.

I enjoyed and loved this installment as much as the others. I couldn't get enough and read it quickly. Every page seemed to have a twist and some sort of surprise. So much suspense and I was on the edge of my seat. I like Lucas but I "LOVE" Jeremiah and Lucy just gets on my nerves. The ending left me hanging again and can't wait for the next one. I hope we don't have to wait long!!!!

Waited all these months reading updates from Sara how she doesn't enjoy writing anymore... Well, guess what??? It shows.

Sure there was some action and emotion but not enough to warrant this long wait... The way it ended here was so dumb, didn't make sense that I'm not even caring less when the next one comes. 3 stars -- generous!

I enjoyed it however; I would prefer the entire book. I love Jeremiah eventhough he has some rough spots. I really can't deal with Lucy and her crazy way of rationalizing why she quickly fell into Lucas' bed. I'll get over it. Lol. I can't wait for the next installment. It should be interesting now that Alexander has entered the picture.

I hope she continues to make Jeremiah grovel. Sara Fawkes is the master of cliffhangers! Each segment stays with me and I think about it as I wait for the next installment. I'm happy that I'm discovering I'm right about a couple characters, but I'm not going to spoil it for you!
